Yes you can ride a bike there are sidewalks and I see often people are riding bikes on those. You can also borrow a bike, they have yellow bikes in the community to be borrowed. There's a nice long trail that goes along the water's edge and it's about eight miles all in length.

Its is not in a closed park one can walk along the sea front & its right in front of a large white apartment block -- while walking around the memorial wall you will also came across an area of red bricks with names on them ---its all very thought provoking --especially when one reads an amazing saying " the wound is healed over now the healing begins "all very sad but a MUST to visit as even the locals do not know it is there we actually came across it by chance

There are cycling paths in the park, but they're not too long, just under a mile. If you like to get a workout in, I suggest cycling down to Fisherman's Village, which is over a mile on W. Marion Avenue. Follow W. Marion Avenue and visit Peace River Wildlife Center .. this would be about another 2 miles.

I also am wheelchair dependent and most of my reviews are looked at from a disabled position. Laishley is very accessible including the restrooms, fishing pier and restaurants. There is a nice wheelchair accessible path called the "Harbor Walk" that runs along the Peace River. There is also a 3 wheel handcycle available for use at NO cost located at the bait shop near the boat ramp. I am also a past Michigander.
