I did not eat at Che, but stopped in for a drink. The band was excellent! They were on this tiny little stage against one wall. Because the ceiling is low and the stage high, the band members cannot stand up. It makes the whole scene look like it's in a panorama box. The night I stopped in, Flamenco dancers hit the floor which was also fun. I'd definitely visit again. By the looks of the food and the number of guests eating, I imagine the food is good too.

If Streetside Sangria and small plates are your thing then you won't be disappointed. We tried each of the ceviches and several of the tapas, everything was very good. Our waiter was attentive even though we were dining streetside. He had a firm grasp of the menu and was there when we needed him. The only negative was the chef was a bit heavy handed with the paprika on the potatoes in my opinion.

We enjoyed chorizo with pimentos and pollo al ajillo - small plates that were well filled. The sangria Tropical Itch drinks were very good. While we were enjoying our drinks and food, we listened to live Spanish guitar. The ambiance is romantic.
