Getting dinner boat tickets inside of the little shop is a surprise to some people. It's easy enough, but not a lot of instruction on where to board the boat. Left some people feeling confused. The boat was comfortable, the tables were nicely set for dinner and staff were helpful. The meal was served buffet style so do be prepared to walk with a plate of food. Stairs for some may have been difficult to do with a plate of food too. The food was hot when you got it but didn't retain all its heat when walking back to your table. The food was very good and plentiful. The views were nice while eating although we didn't see many animals on the water. It was fun to do something different and the temperature was perfect. The sunset was the best feature of all. Stunning!!

Don’t waste your money. Misrepresentation of what the cruise consist of. No narration whatsoever- pointed out three or four places at the most and we couldn’t hear him over the music. No history of Sarasota at all! Mediocre food. Could tell the whole staff hates their job. Total fail - at $105 for two people!!!!

I went on a cruise with a group of ladies. The cruise included a buffet lunch. We were the last table to go through the line and I was pleasantly surprised that our food was warm and they were refreshing the buffet. At the end I enjoyed going to the back of the boat where it was not enclosed to enjoy the cruise more.

I'm giving Marina Jacks Lunch Cruise 2 stars because the food was pretty good, but the narrated lunch cruise never happened. The website states, ". . . The Captain . . . includes great knowledge of the area in his narration . . ." I booked this event for explicitly for the narrative. The only thing that was mentioned was Jerry Springer's home, and then it was garbled and inaudible. This was very, very disappointing!

It was a wonderful trip! Highly recommend. We boarded the boat and was seated promptly. Servers and hosts were extremely nice! Was unsure what to expect as far as lunch but I must say it was delicious! Views were beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Birthday dinner cruise celebration gone bad. Mid 90s outside and no air conditioning on board. It was stifling hot and near impossible to eat and enjoy. Cruise should have been cancelled.

We really enjoyed the cruise. The staff was great. Was not expecting much inthe way of food but was really surprised. The food was really good especially the prime rib. The cruise was nice sailing the harbor and the sunset was incredible. Not a single complaint.

This was a fun excursion for our family- ages 14 -78. The service staff was very attentive and they had a tasty vegan option for one of our party. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time aboard the Marina Jack II and can't wait to do it again! The staff were attentive and friendly. The passengers were having a great time! Lots of laughter and excitement among the kids, parents and grandparents. It felt good to me to be among them after so much pandemic social distancing.
Sarasota is a beautiful city and we loved seeing it from the Gulf. The sunset was gorgeous and the beautiful homes along the way were to die for.
Dinner was really good. We especially loved the salmon and the scalloped potatoes! Yum! There is also a Marina Jack restaurant at the marina that we want to try the next trip to Sarasota.
If you have a disability, feel comfortable knowing that you will be helped by the staff. I personally saw the care that was taken of the disabled elderly. It was touching to me.
Valet parking was easy and inexpensive. That was also a plus.

How are you seated party of 4? First come first serve? Do you have a choice port or starboard. Going from port to starboard how many center tables are there?
