Being a repeat customer, I have found Mr. Arno to continually be consistent, reliable, and always professional. Whenever I need transported in the Tampa area, he is the first/only service I call…and he has always been able to accommodate my timing needs. It is nice to feel safe when traveling alone. He is always on time, and his texts leave no questions as to his arrival, etc. Well done once again—thank you!

Excellent communication and service. Driver arrived early and texted when they arrived at the airport (booked for 4 teens after a concert). My daughter said the driver was very nice.

I found Pick Me Up Tampa through a google search and booked when I read the endless 5-star reviews. Their service did not disappoint. Arno was ready and waiting for me in baggage claim when my flight arrived early. He provided lots of suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the Tampa area. Booking was easy and I was impressed by the updates and reminders they provided me through text.

I will use this service every time I visit Tampa. Arno was very professional and courteous. I required special services navigating the airport and he was able to help me coming and going back home. Arno met me at baggage claim, helped me with my bags, and then took me to my destination which was over a hour away. At the conclusion of my trip, he picked me up, and assisted me back to the airport. I would highly recommend Arno. Don’t hesitate to contact him with any of your transportation needs.

Working with Pick Me Up Tampa was wonderful! We booked corporate dinner transportation on less than a days notice. The confirmation and communication was clear and quick. Arno, the owner and our driver, was also amazing. He arrived well ahead of time and was able to take our guests back and forth in several trips according to their schedules. The vans were also so clean and nice smelling. We will be booking again!

Arno provided personal assistance to my 75 year father who traveled alone for his first time ever. Arno met my father at baggage claim, helped him with the luggage, drove him over a hour to his destination, providing door to door service all in comfort. Arno stayed in touch throughout the process with updates on arrival and pickup. My father will use Arno for the trip back to the airport. We are so happy we chose Arno. We trust him and my father couldn’t have taken this trip without a trustworthy driver. The best part was not having to worry about my father getting to his destination!
