Booked top 2 toe half day spa, driver was on time for picking us up. Staff was super friendly, service was good, I do highly recommended to choose Spa Central Batam, lunch was good, can’t ask for more. Well arrangement for every service that we did, massage was good. Me and my partner love it so much. We will be back again and book for the service again.

Booked spa sessions for 6pax. Everyone enjoyed their session. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The space was clean and the ambience was welcoming. Will definitely return again for a session.

Made a booking one day before and was so happy to get an appointment. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Booked for 12.30pm, but we arrived before 11am and they managed to bring forward our appointment, to which we were so thankful. Superb service, well explained and everything on the spa package was amazing. The full day spa comes with a meal set, which had big portions and was delicious. I really loved the banana fritters with choc and cheese. Will definitely come back again another time.

Couples day was great! Massages, facials, hair care and lunch We had so much fun and Sri and Aya were the best. Warm and welcoming we were picked up at the ferry port. Very relaxing and a great value. Would definitely recommend.

I am 64 years old and for many years I have suffered from back pain so I decided to try the SPA located in Central Sukajadi in Batam, Indonesia. It was an incredible experience!!! In addition to the excellent service from the staff, I received a professional massage from Ibu Aya that left me with no back pain and so happy!! Thank you very much all of you! Highly recommend Spa Central Batam!!!

Accommodating to a large group and last minute order changes (7), with attentive, patient and caring therapists. Provided convenient complimentary 2 way pick up and discounts when requested. Tasty lunch is provided for full day spa.

Great customer services provided by Sari and Nia, prompt response in helping to arrange the massage and transport, hv a plesant experience with Spa Central at Batam Center outlet. Good massage skill and clean place, had been visited many times , sure will be back again

Yes, Lean. We offer the Central Couple Package which is a 2.5 hour treatment package for two including Foot Bath, Relaxing or Aromatherapy massage (60 mins), Milk Bath (30 mins) plus
Male: Choice of Ear Candle or Reflexology Massage (30 mins)
Female: Choice of Ear candling/Hair wash/Ratus (30 mins)
The couple treatment is in one our private rooms for two and has an attached jacuzzi tub.

Most guests change right in the massage rooms as rooms are separated by walls.
You may hang clothes on the hangers and store small items in the room.
The reception staff is happy to store larger bags for you during your treatments.

I take aroma therapy for 2hours but when i told my trouble, she ask me doing unusual aroma therapy massage and then she lifted up my feet and massage my knee a little longer.
