Excellent service and good massage

This is my 4th time patronising Majesty Spa and I have always enjoyed their excellent service, especially the courtesy of Jeremiah Oei the owner. The masseurs are very professional. Majesty Spa provides complimentary transport service from the time you arrive Batam ferry terminal until the time you depart, so you don't have to worry about transportation when you are in Batam.

From booking to pick up to massage, the owner was very friendly and very detailed to personalize the experience for you. The pick up was on time and bus ride was comfortable. The massage place is right next to a mall where you can have a meal afterwards. Super friendly owner and I loved that the masseuse did not talk to each other making it a quiet rest

Best Massage!

Went for aromatherapy massage, you can choose one of four oils for your body, this place is nice and clean, not to sure if there is a couple room to do the massage together as i got separated with my friend, maybe you should ask them if you want to be in the same room together. They also offer free snacks and drinks while waiting for your partner/friends to finish up their massages. Their staffs is friendly too, they know how to massage really well and the best part is they end the massage with a crack by twisting your body. Not every massage offers that.

Best place for a massage. Among others places i prefer it here for the cracks and well experience massagers.

Went for Balinese massage 90mins at Rp430,000. Massage was good.
(Grands I was slightly higher at Rp475,000)
Owner actually appeared to introduce himself and assign masseuse.
Clean place and polite masseuse.
Can return.

My third trip to Majesty Spa & Massage and feeling refreshed after a 3-hour spa package in a private room. The staff helped to arrange transport from Harbourbay. Love the friendly and warm service!

This was a mistaker

You know when you had a good massage when you leave the spa with a happy, fuzzed-headed sense of calm to the point of feeling slightly zombiefied — to the extent you had to be careful not to walk into traffic.
However, my very first massage in Batam had a sting in the tail. The place itself is clean and neat, and the rate is not that bad. However, the massage was mediocre, to say the most. The masseur didn’t quite know exactly what she was doing. I told her before the massage started that I wanted her to focus on my lower back, neck and shoulders at least 75% of the time as this is where I experience the most pain and the reason I came in. She completely ignored this and barely touched any of the knots in my back.
Overall I was just happy to leave! This is the true truth as I say it as it is…

Amazing spa experience!

The ambience is really good, the spa is excellent, very professionally done. If you are going there, specially ask for Yuni and Tika. They did an amazing job when we visited. Definitely recommended!!!

Okay when i say ive went to a lot of massage places, i really do mean a lot!
But the massage and spa package that me and my partner went to in Majesty batam this time round has exceeded our expectations!
The price of cos is a little bit on the pricey side but to be honest, everyone knows the saying "you pay peanuts you get monkeys"

We took a couple's spa package that included a massage, body scrub, ratus v spa/ear candling and a milk bath jacuzzi. All included is about 180sgd for 2 person.

The room that we were led to was cozy and comfortable. Lighting was very romantic and calming as we started of with the full body massage first.
When i first contacted the WhatsApp number to make the booking, the owner actually asked us for our weight and height and i feel that this was SO SMART! None of the other spas that I've ever went to has ever asked for this information. Majesty actually pairs you up with a therapist according to your size.

The massage was good and smooth however i do maybe feel that it was a bit hard for my therapist to move around the bed due to the space constraints. My partner's therapist is slimmer thus she didnt seem to have much problem moving around. After the massage, we got our full body scrub done and it felt so refreshing! Both the therapists did a very thorough job.

I had the ratus v spa done while my partner has ear candling done. It was a new experience for me as it was my first time having the ratus v spa done. It is actually sitting on a wooden box with a hole under the vajajay. In the box is a bowl of burning charcoal that they put some herbs on it. So i was basically smoking my thing HAHAHA! it didnt hurt at all. And it's suppose to be a treatment that helps to decrease vaginal stress, aid infertility, help manage your menstrual cycle and also fight a number of vaginal infections.

After that we both got into our jet jacuzzi milk bath. It was a nice way to end off the whole spa treatment as we got to lay there privately and chill the stress away. There were also shower amenities provided like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. This is great as we dont have to go back to our hotel to wash up and can just go for our dinner after the service.

We overall had a GREAT experience with Majesty and will definitely come back if we wanna pamper ourselves again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
