We absolutely love this place. I have two preteen boys and we frequent this place during the season. You park your car and pay, then you can leave your keys with them (if you choose). They drive you up (dry!) and you float down. When you return, you get your keys and you check in with them. You can get in your car, clean. Compared to the "other place", this is nice because you do not have to ride back on a bus with wet (usually drunk and half clothed) folks. This is a much better option.

Very nice trip with my husband and adult children. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my first pleasant experience with kayaking. Parking was little challenging since there were many people. I would go back again. Thanks

This is our 3 or 4th time kayaking out of Sandbar and the staff and owners are super nice and friendly. They take you up the river in a bus and you get out at their place instead of having to come back by bus after kayaking like some other places. Much better to ride up before kayaking down the river. Sam the Bloodhound that is usually on site is awesome...

Spent the weekend in Athens for a game and Sunday I took my two daughters(11 & 14) to the Sandbar. We had a great time ziplining! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

My husband and I took our 7 year old son kayaking and it was a blast. My son sat in the boat with my husband. Very easy trip, took us 3 hours and 20 minutes. There are a few small rapids, some are mildly challenging. Your pfd, paddle and kayak are all provided in the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a lot of fun and our guides were great but I was not aware that the biggest line of all was the line that was down. Disappointed by that. Hopefully you can get it back up and we will be back. Already talking about coming to kayak.

We had a great camping spot right on the river. The service there was great and even got a guided zipline tour by the owner of the property. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to do some real camping, kayaking, or ziplining

It was our first time zip lining - Joe and Greg were Awesome! We also went Kayaking and stayed at one of the cabins. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The rustic cabin is very rustic - few little critters but better than a tent :) We were comfortable with a family of 4. The girls loved the lofts. It was nice to be right by the river and fish a little between the zip line and kayaking! I would go back again!!!

I've never done zip lining before so was a bit anxious. The place is super professional about safety so I wasn't too worried, still some stretches are quite breathtaking! You get to cross the river a few times and watch the kayakers below! Overall, totally recommend.
