First time doing an escape room, and it did not disappoint, we did the bank heist and although we got out we didnt manage to get all the loot, the games master was fab!!! Absolutely loved it and definitely have the bug. We will be back in the near future.

We had an amazing time! Booked two rooms & the team moved the timings around so both teams could start at the same time. Then the hosts tailored our experience brilliantly by getting both teams to sing bohemian rhapsody for a free clue since the stag was dressed up as freddie mercury. Thank you so much we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We absolutely loved our first experience of an escape room. We did the bank heist and had such a great time. The game was so well designed, a brilliant challenge. Though we managed to escape, we didn't get the gold bar, but we were thrilled with our success. Definitely coming back to try the others. The game master was brill!

This was our 1st experience of an Escape Room and we went for the Hatton Garden bank heist. It was great fun, very challenging but goodness me does the time go quick! Teamwork is definitely required here. We really enjoyed it and will go back again to try one of the other themes.

I have rarely ever come across such a nice organisation as Cliffhanger Rooms!! I was hoping to book a large party in for a birthday celebration and from the moment I spoke to Phil I experienced perfect customer care and service! Sadly we are unable to go ahead with the booking but the customer care & service deserves recognition in todays world! So book with confidence of great service! Thank you again for understanding! We did the Vault room, it was admittedly very hard although we did mange to escape, however we did not collect all of the gold.
There was lots of various puzzles and challenges, they were quite maths based.

Really fun and interesting hour. Great size of room for the four of us. Quality set up.

Fantastic family visit on a rainy Lakes morning. Great welcome and really friendly staff. Sadly we failed the Haunted Pirate Ship room but had a great time trying! Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys :-)

Great fun with the family. Friendly welcome and explanation of the guidelines for our room from Helen who was our game master. We chose Vlad the Vampire room which we managed to escape from with 5 minutes to go it was a great way to start the birthday celebrations for my wife and gave us plenty of laughs as we scratched our heads. Highly recommended

Great fun! We did the vault with our kids and just about managed to escape with all the loot! Would highly recommend it for a fun day out!

Is the bank vault room suitable for a group of 11 year olds or do you need an adult to be in with them?

Yes all our rooms are suitable for children when accompanied by an adult
Can you buy vouchers. I’d like to give as a gift to a family of 6 but obviously can’t book dates for them
