A roadside must-do attraction, fun goats and great ice cream!

I was driving by to find a geocache and spotted this place. I would have turned around but knew I would be coming back this way. So on the way back I dropped in, because how can you not stop at a place called “Goats on the roof”? As advertised, there certainly were goats on the roof. As others have mentioned, there are various ways to feed them. Also for those with kiddos, there is a little playground.
I went inside to stretch my legs and see what was in the gift shop and found they had ice cream. This was not overly interesting until I noted that it is “Nitro goat” ice cream where they mix it and freeze it with liquid nitrogen right there in front of you. Well, I had to try that.
There is only one size you can get, due to the creation process, and it is probably 3 scoops or more, it is plenty. The ice cream mix was very tasty and enjoyed sitting up on the roof (the humans are allowed there too) and watching the kids (goats and humans) feed and play.

This is certainly worth a stop if you find yourself nearby.

Nice place for something different

Unique place, the staff on the food side were attentive and helpful. Snacks looked good but we figured we’d try the food from the food truck outside (eat the snacks!). Feeding the goats was a nice novelty (even though we have our own) and they are very good motivated/friendly.

Neat Little Place!

Neat little place! Goats were so cute! They have an ice cream shop and little play area for the kids. It was a very hot day, so we didn't stay long, but it was a lot of fun!

So I absolutely loved the goats and being able to stop off and feed them. As advertised, they were indeed on the roof and you could even use a pulley food system to feed them. I was more disappointed they didn’t have much selection for grab and go drinks or snacks. We only had a short time available to stop and couldn’t try out what looked to be great ice cream and some hot food options. I had convinced my husband to let us stop quick on the ride home from our vacation with the promise of a Coke or Dr. Pepper and wasn’t able to get him one. It would be nice to have those items so people don’t have to make an additional stop for more car friendly options. The gift store was cute and I was surprised at all the cute swag options to choose from. Also, the parking lot path around the building is narrow and doesn’t provide good instructions i.e. if it’s one way only. We had to dodge a couple cars turning in when we were attempting to leave and there was only enough space for 1 at a time, which could lead to a dangerous situation. But the goats were cute and worth stopping for!

Fun for the kids

Fun place go take the kids. You can feed the goats, get ice cream, food, and play around the area. It’s a good visit if you’ve never been. I would have loved a little less goat poop in areas that didn’t have food seating nearby. Not even sure how it got there. Overall a fun time.

Not anything fancy, but just a fun little place with goats on the roof and on the ground. Good for photos and for picking up some cute souvenirs to take to goat owners back home.

A family fun way to cool down on a hot summer day.

We only live a couple of miles away from the Clayton location, so we go often. Every time the grandkids are with us, we have to go.
The ice cream is the best. It is not made from goats-milk (we had to ask as doe3s everyone else) and they make it right in front of you.
The shop is full of gifts and there is another gift shop around the back (gold mine).
But the other treat are the goats, and they have plenty.

Sooo Many Goats!

GOATS! There are 14 goats that get to frolic on the roof between two buildings and then in a pen. You can hand feed them and send food up via a conveyer belt. The goats are friendly and gentle with eating so it makes it a very family friendly friendly activity. They have a small playground for kids, gem mining, a food truck, a cute store, and some fancy liquid nitrogen ice cream. There is even an ice cream challenge if you are up for it. I definitely recommend this place but I also love GOATS so I may be a little biased! Fun little activity that doesn't cost though it is kinda in the middle of nowhere. Go see and feed the goats!

Fun and unique. Worth a trip. We had fun. Not a ton to do but we enjoyed it before we went to the vineyard around the corner. Kids will love it

Amazing Thing to do in Tiger!!!

The place was amazing, it had a really cool shop where you could buy things, including food to feed the goats. It is very good for small children, they also have really good ice cream.
