We did 2 of the rooms (they give you a discount to book a second one) which was really fun. The staff was amazing and helpful. If you are not going to 'beat the clock', but to have fun and get out in time, they are attuned to that and it will be fun!

Had a great experience escaping the President's Bunker with Matt. There were only 3 of us which we were a little worried about but we managed to save the world in time. Matt was a great "tour guide" friendly and helpful with our earned clues. It was our second escape room adventure with The Great Escape Room. Looking forward to doing another room soon.

We came in as a group and did 2 of the escape rooms - they were both great! We didn't break any records but we managed to escape both! Also appreciated that the lobby area has lots of mini-puzzles to get you in the right mindset. The staff is excellent. We appreciated that there were hints included as part of the experiences. We took advantage of their Black Friday coupon deals. Will definitely return!

Aaliyah was fantastic for our room (President’s Bunker) and had an extremely positive energy the entire time (despite it being late at night and us being the last room)!! 10,000% recommend. Great time!

We chose the bunker which is an especially difficult task but our group managed to finish the task with about 2 minutes to spare. It was exciting and challenging and the host helped a lot with the 3 clues that we gained. A totally fun experience and we will be coming back to try another room.

Watson jumped into our discussions and stole our moments of discovery, overtalked, didnt allow us to solve the puzzles, seemed awkward and ruined moments. Not worth the money. Pretty blah...

We had a great time with family of 8 ages 53 to 11..Michael (Watson) made the experience...he made it super fun. The room and puzzles were very interesting. We didn't set any records, but we did solve it!

This place was super fun and they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Eight of us went to the Great Escape Room Chicago to celebrate a birthday. We all had a great time! Everyone participated, and felt that they were part of the victory.
