My spouse and I visited Chicago for our grandson's university graduation in May, 2023. Echo Limousine picked us up at O'Hare Airport and took us to our hotel in Evanston. The driver was on time and the ride was fine with no problems. Two days later we had booked another custom tour with Echo Limousine to be taken to several sights we had chosen in downtown Chicago and then to be driven to Oak Park to visit several personal sights and some of the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture there. We had chosen all the places we wanted to see. Our driver was very pleasant, courteous, and competent. He was especially helpful in finding the individual addresses that we wanted to see in Oak Park. After that he drove us to O'Hare Airport for our departure. We highly recommend Echo Limousine. Both cars were spotless and very comfortable.

We were flying internationally to O'Hare and needed to get home to Milwaukee. Usually we hop on the Coach USA bus to Milwaukee but our arrival was too late and there were no more buses that day. So I prearranged a ride with Echo Limousine, whom we had used once previously and it went very well. As soon as we touched down at O'Hare, we had messages from our driver and the company. We had a bit of a wait for luggage, so I texted the driver who was very accommodating and considerate. When he picked us up, he was helpful. The car was clean and comfortable and the ride to Milwaukee was smooth and just what we needed after 21 hours of flights and being awake!

Echo Limousine was easily the best car service I’ve ever used - extraordinarily professional, safe, and dependable.
We were traveling as a family with a 3-year-old from Midway to River North, and wanted a ride in a safe vehicle - with a toddler car seat for her. Echo didn’t miss a beat…it was easy to book online, transparent on price, and they followed up with email immediately to ensure they would have the correct size car seat ready for our arrival.
Sure enough, the driver was ready for us when we arrived at the airport, waiting with a large, clean, and new model SUV - and a toddler car seat that was already properly installed.
Also, the driver herself was so much fun to talk to…knew a ton about the city, and was terrific with our daughter.
I will absolutely use this service again next time I’m in the Chicagoland area. And, as a parent - glad there was such a safe and reliable option available for us.

Excellent service, was there as expected. Called to insure proper meet & greet. No issues, would recommend and use again.

It was a crazy experience getting through customs at O’Hare but our driver, Michelle, kept in touch and kept us updated as we navigated a very long line at Customs. She timed the pickup once we cleared customs and got our luggage very well. The ride home was smooth and uneventful. A great experience.
