Amazing tour, learned a lot about frustrating Chicago pedway in a short amount of time. Tour guide provided good food recommendations in area also.

Os edificiis visitados eram lindissimos!. Pens um deles ter estado fechado e não ter sido possivel ver o interior. O percurso estava muito bem organizado.

This walking tour focused on interiors was a fantastic way to see a different side of Chicago. Adam, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining. We explored the inside of some amazing buildings (which, from the outside, looked rather plain). We loved seeing the beautiful ceilings, lobbies, and hidden details we would not know without a guide to show us. The interior architecture is a real hidden gem of Chicago - we opted for this tour over the standard walking tour, and it was well worth it.

Adam was an excellent tour guide! Wonderful stops and a very interesting tour, entertaining and informative. All of us loved it—two middle-aged parents, a university history major, and an 18 year old high school student. Everyone was engaged. We all loved this tour!! Thank you, Adam!!

Wonderful tour of Art Deco Chicago from Inside Chicago Walking Tours with Hilary. She knew Chicago intimately and we got to see tons of hidden details and secret spots. The InterContinental was incredible with Hilary’s guidance through the incredible visual story. The Grain building was another favorite-Batman vibes and cute owls. Library done was exquisite. Time flew by and we had a blast. Thank you Hilary!

Our guide, Kaylee, was incredibly welcoming and fun with a wealth of unique information to share about the pedway and its history. The whole 2 hours felt like an intimate, insider experience to the city. Kaylee encouraged us to stop and look at the details. Meanwhile, passersby hurried past, unaware of the joyous beauty all around.
Thank you for reminding me why I love Chicago :) I recommend this tour to everyone, from anywhere in the world - all ages too.

Heath did a great job today. The pace of the tour was good and Heath taught us a lot about architecture and history of the city. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent tour. Heath was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I have lived in Chicago my whole life and never experienced these beautiful spaces.

Do you have an architectural tour not by foot? My wife is going to be Friday by herself while I will be in meetings and she wants this tour

Hi Fernando! I'm sorry I didn't see this question in time to suggest stuff for your wife to do today (Friday). My tours are definitely mostly walking, so if that's a problem for your wife, she could take a bus or trolley tour with another company. Even a boat tour would be nice, though watch the weather.

Hahaha, yes, our weather the last week or so has been very rainy, I'll give you that. But I'll tell you this: if you take ANY tour in rainy weather, a walking tour is best because at least you can go INSIDE buildings! The worst is to be on a boat in the rain, or crammed in a bus trying to get a view through rainy windows. Plus, it's spring -- you've got to expect some rain. :)

Hello! I actually just had a woman on my tour yesterday who had a baby strapped to her back the whole time, and it was not a problem. Every once in a while I'll get a guest using a stroller, which is not a problem (though it does make the tour take a little longer, due to having to use separate entrances for the buildings). So I'd say it's up to you and your comfort level!

If it will fit in with her/his eating schedule and you have her/him in a carrier. I don’t think you’d enjoy pushing a stroller around on this. There are some stairs involved.
