Sometimes when I am about to catch a train, I go inside the train station and see some paintings, but I wouldn't call it a gallery. There is just a mural, and that is it. Not a gallery.

Housed in the historic Lake Bluff train station, the Artists on the Bluff Station Gallery offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy original art work and purchase unique gifts or home decor items. Prices are reasonable and items for sale range from small note cards to large oils and from posters of the train station's murals to jewelry.
The entrance to the gallery is track-side, not street-side. Browsing is welcomed by volunteers from the local artists' organization who staff the gallery Thursdays and Fridays 11am -5 pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
