As a general rule, I won’t enter stores with a no-photography rule. In such cases the store staff are overly protective of their merchandise so I become equally protective of my money.
I gave this store a try. Not greeting a visitor, with two staff working, is egregious customer service
"No photography" signs blast you from the front door and at every turn throughout the store. These days, it’s likely people just want to show their facebook friends what they are buying (or thinking about buying). Is it free publicity that could lead to more customers? You better believe it. Especially if what you’re selling speaks for itself when people see it in pictures.
Oh you created an "original" item? If you are the worried about possible imitators obtain a copyright.
You lost my business and any potential revenue from your website from my coworkers and friends, from all over the world.
The long term result of not allowing photography is lost sales.

The store was interesting to browse but buyer beware. Items are overpriced and, after leaving, I see they charged me a fee for using my credit card. I did not get an itemized receipt either, to see the overpriced items, just the credit card receipt. 😡

Thanks for stopping in! I do apologize about not getting an itemized receipt. We do print and give them to customers. As far as the credit card fee... There is a visible sign at the register stating the charge for credit card purchases. Being a small business and being hit with increased bank fees, has forced us to pass on those fees. Not something we relish. We pride ourselves on suppling the most unusual goods and customer service. Our costs dictates our listed price. Many goods are not mass produced and are specifically designed for Beetz Me! Maybe our fabulous goods are not within your shopping budget. But do stop in again!

We went into Beetz Me while strolling around Princeton, not sure what we would find. It is a gorgeous store with a lovely pressed tin ceiling. But, what is in on the shelves was a huge surprise. They have an amazing range of gifts that I have not seen very often elsewhere (if ever). We were especially enamored of the hysterically funny gift socks, but they have a large assortment of cards, candles, novelty gifts, home decor, wine, food, barware, chocolates, and more. They request no photos of the merchandise, so I can't show you some of the treasures we found. We did make some small purchases, but I was tempted by so many things. We even got free gift wrapping for the socks we bought! If money were not quite so tight, we would have left laden with bags! Four different people apparently do the buying for the store but their selections work together seamlessly. If you are in Princeton, I highly recommend allowing at least 30 to 45 minutes explore this store.

Not only a variety of items, but different and along with unusual gifts. They, also, have wine and beer along with dips. Great place to shop and there is so much to see, take your time.

This store has many unique gift items! They also have candies and wine. It is a great place to visit more than once and see their many items. We are very glad we stopped in.

I visit Princeton every few years and it's part of the must visit agenda every time I go. You'll always find something to buy and it's always quirky and unique. The ladies who run it always remember me and they are super friendly and helpful. A must visit!!

Cute little shop to stop in and check out! Has fun little treasure for all sorts of occasions from bridal shower and wedding to home decor and wine tasting. There is so much to look at and the old time building is just as great as the merchandise inside.
