Worth the trip.

I try to visit Turtle's Orchard at least once a month to restock our freezer with their many choices of frozen fruit , vegetables, apple pecan butter, and of course a homemade pie. Staff is always on hand and willing to help if I can't find something.

My favorite Orchard

3rd time going will always be my first choice. Loved the pulled pork from the grill and all the sweet treats. The cinnamon Apple donuts will always be a favorite.

with friend for lunch and shopping

a working farm / orchard with 8,000 + apple trees, a freeze early 2020 destroyed most of the u-pick apples, however when we visited there was plenty of and a wide variety of apples. we to the cafe (open year round) and the store, plenty of local meat / produce. for the pumpkin patch : we were too early
The cafe , food excellent gourmet sandwiches, service with covid restrictions - great

four of us for lunch, our friends were first time visitors
weekend: reservations required due to covid restrictions

Took the grandkids to this patch. Lots of things to do and see. Great play area. Lots of pumpkins and apples to pick. Kids enjoyed the apple cider Icees.

Annual Fall Trip

Every fall my adult daughter and I visit a local orchard. I used to go to Tuttle’s As a boy and it has grown. It has plenty to do especially for young children including a restaurant, candy/sweet shop and what looked to be tours complete with in-depth class like settings. If you have small children, definitely go and if you just want to enjoy a nice fall day, definitely go.

Great Selection of Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables

We stopped here for some freshly picked Red Delicious apples and ended up buying some Golden Delicious apples and a tub of fresh ground Honey Roasted Peanut Butter, too. The farm raised tomatoes we bought here in August were awesome. This orchard has a small market with a nice selection of fresh and frozen food. Can be really crowded on the weekends and they park cars across the street in a farm field but it's worth the trip.

We went on the first day of the caramel apple festival. It was really nice. They had someone directing traffic and the pedestrian crossing. They were very busy but had great staff that kept the lines moving. The pumpkin donuts are amazing. The Apple samples, Apple butter and slushies were delicious!
