We had our son's 9th birthday party here (never been prior to) and it was a joke! VERY POORLY organized. Let's start with the arrival into the parking lot - interesting! Pull in and there is some kind of car parade just going through the parking lot over and over, not allowing much room to enter parking area. Once into the parking lot there was a huge crowd of people just standing in the middle of the road, one guy appeared to be drinking moonshine. First thoughts before entering the building was, oh AWESOME WE ARE IN THE GHETTO! I was immediately turned off and rather embarrassed for our guest to arrive. Once in the building, it was loud and very unorganized, it took forever to get all the guest checked in and people were all over the place. Our party room 1 was okay, a bit run down (holes in the wall) and dirty. Our hostess, well I'm not even sure we had one! I recall being checked on ONE time other than that we were on our own! They certainly did not HOST THIS! They never announced or gathered the kids to come for food and gifts. Nor did they sing Happy Birthday. A t-shirt was part of our package and we never received that. OH and the restrooms, were DISGUSTING!!!!! No wonder the party package was so cheap, this place is trash! Stick to Sky Zone or Urban Air.....any place other than here! I don't typically leave reviews, but this place was so bad, people need to know before they go!

Our reservation was at 5pm, and the kids finally got through the line and into the park at 6:20pm despite making an online reservation and having completed waivers in advance. Several other aspects of the visit highlighted poor management (empty merchandise stand, no communication regarding the wait, slushy machine broken, did not pick up the phone even after calling them 5 times). I would not recommend this park unless you come at off peak times.

The party was organized very poorly. We were put in Room 4, which turned out not to be a room but an open space with constant loud music. We couldn’t hear each other. The party hostess only showed up to dispense pizza. We couldn’t find anyone to dispense the cake and drinks. We had to do all by ourselves.
I was very disappointed at the way the party was organized.

It is a trampoline park with additional activities, like a trapeze, rock climbing wall, rings, slack lines, etc. It was great fun for children and adults. There was plenty of staff supervision and they quickly intervened if they spotted a safety infraction. I was here with my 13-year-old grandson who is fit and active. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, so there was no waiting in line. We chose to spend an hour, but he was worn out in 30 minutes of heavy activity.

My 8 year old daughter and I have been here twice, and loved it both times! So much that we are even hosting her birthday party here in March! It's got trampolines, ninja/obstacle course, climbing wall, zip line, aerial swings (think trapeze), foam pits, and aerial silks. The only downside that I see is that the rubber bumpers on the edges of the foam pits, etc seem fairly hard to me, so just be careful and you will have a blast!!

First of all, get the groupon. It saves a lot. We got a 90 minute pass for 4 for about $50. This is a step up from your normal trampoline park. There is a lot of American Ninja Warrior type of stuff to do. My kids especially loved the zip line and the actives. There was a lot of staff to supervise. We will go again for sure.

We went with adults and kids ranging in ages 2-17. All of the kids were able to find something to keep them happy, but we were surprised as to just how little supervision there was by staff and parents. We even saw a 2 yr old do the zip line, which seemed highly inappropriate.
I understand this is a new place and hopefully it gets the kinks worked out. The check in process was insanely slow. It would have been faster to have paper waivers than for them to find all of the waivers electronically for all the different members of groups.
And then there are far too many options for socks which made the process of buying it take far too long.

We purchased a Groupon to take our three grandkids (ages 5, 7, and 8) to Defy. Please be cautious, as we purchased a Groupon for six passes, and found out upon arrival that we had to use all 6 at once, not 3 for each of two visits as we had planned (not clear in the "fine" print). However, the manager was very accommodating, and he issued us some VIP passes to make up for misunderstanding. Our grandkids had a great time, and the staff were fabulous!
