This is a small town library and is very nice for its size. The local information is extensive and the large print and audio books are especially good.

If you are interested in your local history, the genealogy department is where to go. They have books listing all residents, locations and occupations back to the mid 1800s. Found my great, great grandparents listed that I didn't even know about.

Very much appreciate the summer program for children. They have a variety of activities to choose from and something for everyone - very nicely done.

I spent more than an hour here on a Friday afternoon. Had a wonderful tour of the library, even the staff work places, since I am a librarian and have that extended interest. Loved the photo of the building before it became a library. Outstanding resource for the community. Friendly staff. The most up-to-date collection of books. Great displays. Very comfortable seating. Love all the street history signs on the walkways in Madison, especially the one about the library.
