The theater is good and clean. They typically have the minimum number of employees and you have to use the station to print your tickets so I recommend using the app.

I was kind of excited it became an AMC bc if u are a premiere member u get discounts and i purchased tickets ahead of time and skip the lines.. worth it. No issues with movie and drinks and popcorn never dissapoint. Only flaw would be the seat, though they are comfortable and seats recline. Its nice except i like to sit up while eating popcorn and seat automatically leans back.

Problems with lighting staying on in theaters is a known problem but they don’t tell you ahead of time. Can’t realy see the screen and not worth paying for a movie. The place has a strange fishy smell also. Not a great theater.

We love going to this theater! Its always clean and the people very nice!!! The popcorn bucket deal is also a great plus!!!

Loved this place when it was Rave and then Carmike. AMC now has it and it is much less customer friendly. We went today and instead of having ticket sellers and someone at the door, you had to wait in line at the concession stand. While there was a big line, the manager started switching out cash drawers and delayed things even more. It is still clean and comfortable and a good place once you get sat down.

I also enjoy catching a movie with my family. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Se vice is always great.

This is a very nice theatre. The chairs are comfy, the theater temperature not freezing, bathrooms clean, and a great location!

Very strange setup now that AMC has th8s theater. There were no ticket takers, sales reps or anyone monitoring/controlling people entering theater. Concession stand was doing all the business and they only had three workers.

I love this theatre because it's seating is comfortable and you have plenty of different styles of theatres to choose from with different sound or seating.

The premiere membership my wife bought for what is now called AMC Theater in Plainfield IN is WAY worth it.
Fast lines, for both tickets and beverages. Also, the new beer and wine option is very enjoyable!
The staff seems also to have been upgraded. Great customer service.
