I have personally done 3 of their hard rooms and tonight I took a group of 7-11 year olds for their kid’s space themed room. Curtis was amazing and hung out with us while our kiddos were in their room. We were able to watch the kids on a big screen TV while he explained to us what was going on and how the kids were doing. Their service and rooms are top notch compared to other ones I have been in.

We went as a family for my birthday. It was so much fun! Challenging, but once you figure out how it works you get sucked in. Our tween was a key part of our team and very helpful. I think I might be addicted to escape rooms now.

Our office staff had a great time trying to escape the escape room. It was the best and I can't wait to go back and take on another room to escape!

Wanted something fun to do on Fathers day and this certainly fit the bill!
My husband and I (50's) took my parents (70's) "against their will"... lol... to the puzzleplex. It was a exciting time and so fun to see my parents get totally into the excitement of discovering the game. AWESOME TIME AND AWESOME STAFF AT PUZZLE PLEX!!

We did this for my husband's 65th Birthday. We invited our kids and their spouses, and we even brought along the grandkids. It was a blast!! None of us had ever done anything like this before, and we did not know what to expect, but everyone had a wonderful time. The "puzzles were clever, and well thought out. It took teamwork, and we had a lot of laughs and we did escape, but it was not easy! I really would recommend it for a family activity! SUPER FUN and memorable!
