We had my daughter's birthday party here and the kids loved picking out pieces and decorating them. The worker was very helpful and explained in a way to the kids on how to paint them etc. We were able to bring outside food, plates, etc in for her party. Due to holidays being that week, we were able to pick up pieces about 10 days later. Everyone was thrilled!

Our grand daughter loved to pick out a piece of pottery and paint it. Now we can't wait to go back and pick it up to see what it looks like.

Appalled. We were turned away in freezing weather with a baby. Definitely will not be going back. I bought a pottery piggy bank for my son's first birthday coming up with wishes to glaze it. First I was told they didn't know how to charge me for an outside piece. I offered to buy their pottery as well... was then told they couldn't replace mine if it broke. I then offered to not hold them responsible if for some reason it were to break being fired. Then I was told it could ruin her kiln. (Research determined that was a lie with the biggest concern being a small mess). She didn't even look at my piece. Integrity...overrated? I had explained we got dropped off there while our car was in the shop and wanted to use their studio while we wait but we were directed to Salina, an hour away! Wow. Additionally, no where on their website did it say that outside pieces were prohibited. What is one customer worth anyway? Sigh. Thanks for nothing.
