Very friendly and helpful staff. Got directions to local shops and info about touring the college.

Located in an old train depot the Welcome Center provided a lot of information for Berea and surrounding areas. Rest rooms were available. Short walk to a number of quaint shops. Good expereience.

I stopped in to pick up trail maps and Wendy was very helpful and gave me an idea of the wonderful community. It is an attractive place staffed with knowledgeable people. It's a area I would enjoy returning to when I have more time--and since it's bicycle friendly, I'll bring my bike next time!

One of our first stops was the welcome center. Staff were so helpful and kind. They assisted us with hiking trail maps and local directions to stores we saw on brochures in our hotel.

The staff here couldn't be more helpful. They gave us information about shops, hours, and events. The building itself is an old train station and fun to take a picture.
