We drove around the campus and were very impressed it is much larger than expected and still adding buildings. Went inside to bookstore and bought a souvenir sweatshirt.
Really worth the time to check out this campus!

We took a long driving tour around Western Kentucky University on a quiet day with little traffic. The grounds were not only large and well kept, the overall feel made this place one could get used to if attending college. Can't comment on the academic strengths of the university but it sure is one large beautiful place.

Pleasant and friendly guide Haley gave a pleasant trip of the campus and pointed out main details about campus life. Campus mostly closed due to summer/ Covid19 situation. Campus was a pleasant landscape and yes you walk the hill to get to many main educational buildings. Contact WKU admissions for tour planning which has opened July 2020. Be ready to wear a mask on campus for safety compliance.

My son attended WKU after his discharge from the U.S. Army. He graduated from the Broadcasting program and is now news director at an Illinois radio station. He had a great education here.

Very nice campus that appears to have all its buildings brand new. We were with a large group for a recent football game and enjoyed walking around and all the people were very friendly. We were all very impressed.

I went to this school and every time I go back to visit, I am in awe of how beautiful this campus really is. The atmosphere really makes it a great place to study during a nice day or even just take a walk if you aren't a student
