Employees are friendly. Decent food menu. Lanes operated as they should most of the time. However the floors and balls are in TERRIBLE condition! Needs a major renovation.

I had not been here in ages,and they have updated the inside.We did cosmic bowling with family,and friends for my birthday.Yes there were some issues with the pins but it was always resolved right away.Not an issue when your having fun,these things are to be expected.The staff was really friendly.
Though we had young kids with us and some of the music was well.....not the best for their ears.Play more upbeat clean would be great,like thriller,old school clean fun.But all in all it was a great time.

And customer service is severely lacking. Pins don't reset properly, the automatic score machine is wrong. The entire automated system keeps wrong scores and resets wrong pins. Talked to counter about it and the response is "the technician is not here...nothing I can do." Also over charged me for the bowling!! This place is old and needs major overhauling.

I haven't been here in years, but the place hasn't changed much. The bowling lanes are nice and the scoring system has been updated from years past. The restrooms are a disaster or at least they were for the Men. However, it's the typical expectation for a bowling alley that's as old as this one.

My son was invited for a party. Large party rooms. A little run down on the outside parking lot, HOWEVER, friendly staff, good food, good price, clean bathrooms and lots of fun for all ages. When we came back to pick up my son we decided to stay and bowl a game together.
KGREAT SAFE PLACE to go out and have fun as a family sport, AND not so expensive as going to a movie when you have a family of 5 plus invited friends.

Great food great time great people. Bowled in black lights had a blast. Highly recommend going with a group of friends! Lots of fun

My family and I had a great time at Dix-E-Town lanes. We had plenty of room to concentrate our fun together and didn't have to worry with loud music or other distractions. The equipment isn't quite the newest around, but it serves its purpose just fine.
