We had just finished a tour of University of Kentucky with my daughter. We were looking to sample food near campus, and she picked out Pazzo's, which is literally across the street from campus. I'm glad she did.
This was lunch. The place was nearly empty, but we could tell they must cater to a dinner and late-night crowd, especially if there is a Kentucky game to watch on the many many TVs.
I ordered the Pazzo's Salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. My only note is that I wish it'd been served in a bigger bowl or it'd been tossed prior to being served to me It was difficult for me to mix it up ... the salad filled the bowl all the way to the brim.
My wife and daughter shared a plain cheese pizza. We are tough pizza critics, but we really enjoyed it.
If my daughter attends UK, I can see her going there, and I can see us eating there when we visit.

We always stop at Pazzo Pizza when in Lexington - have thought of making the 3 hour trip just to get Pazzo!!

Great Pizza/ bar across from UK campus. food is always good and several bars inside to watch the game at. Also within walking distance of several other local bars and a short cab/trolley ride to downtown. Its one of the places I take friends from out of town when they come to visit.

The beer was cold, the pizza pie forgettable. Ever bite of my pizza was dough dough and more dough. Every bite of my pizza was overwhelmed by the taste of flour. I ordered some strong toppings on my pie, it lacked sauce and the dough flour flavor masked the flavor of my favorite pizza toppings. Service was adequate, she, however was more interested in visiting with her friends/coworkers at the top level of the bar than our lower level table. Also, don't order the pretzels. They are just pizza dough twisted into a pretzel shape and sort of baked. They appeared to me to be a mellow mushroom knock off. I am sure that this place is very popular because of the vast and wide variety of beer. Enjoy your beer, but skip the pizza pie!
