Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry for the experience you had. Let me clear a few things up, so you will have a better experience in the future. 1. We do NOT tolerate any harassments (sexual, physical, verbal, etc) towards our drivers or bartenders at the breweries. Your group unfortunately violated this clause MULTIPLE times, even when told to stop. We have never had a brewery close our tab early because of our passengers harassment towards their bartenders. Your group also harrassed our experienced, hard working, driver, which we do not tolerate. Just because it is a bachelor party does not excuse you from saying nasty things towards our employees (especially our female and non-binary employees). We will never tolerate this type of behavior and it states that clearly in the contract everyone is required to sign. Our tours are mostly all inclusive so we want you to have a great time but expect all passengers to be respectful of staff and others. 2. We love bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, etc, they are our specialty. We maintain communication through the entirety of your experience. We apologies if we came up short in your view. 3. It was explained to your group, multiple times, to keep the area in front of the cash register (at the bar) clear for other customers at the brewery. This is why we have table areas we congregate our groups at. We will never be mad if a customer chooses to spend their own money at the brewery. It is encouraged. Next time whether it is on our tour or at another company's tour, please be respectful of the staff. There is no reason hurtful, disgusting, pitiful things need to be said. We expect our passengers to have a great time within the limits of respect.
