This is a great little spot that is growing fast. The site has a clean rustic feel to it with a great tasting room and a well appointed gift shop.
We took a tour of the distillery lead by our guide Christa. She was extremely knowledgeable about the operation and was able
to handle all our questions. She was very personable and a pleasure to be around, making us feel right at home.
Highly recommended even if you’re not a bourbon drinker.

A nice little stop if you want a break from a road trip. Free samples. Pet friendly. Owners are super nice. Gift shop was nice. Huge selection.

My brothers and I came her for the distillers tour and man did it deliver! My brother had gone to all the big distillery tours, and had nothing like this experience at this small craft distillery. Though it was super cold weather and was really uncomfortable in the 'rick' house, the master distiller picked various barrels and we got to sample directly from the barrel! We warmed up fast! :). We also got to see (and taste) the bourbon making process, and then sample 7 of the bottled products which were great. Highly recommend the distillers tour, all the employees were friendly, and the bourbon was great!

Oh, these folks are FUN! Tastings are free and there are several flavors to choose from. They do have bourbon, which is good, but they have several flavored products that I didn't even know about before my visit. We left with a Cherry & a Pink Lemonade moon shine. That Pink Lemonade, oh my! The pink comes from strawberries and the taste is divine. I can sip it straight, mix it with various waters, etc. I can't wait to sip it this summer. I had to have the awesome V-neck pink t-shirt with that Pink Lemonade on it, LOL. Definitely enjoyable. Cool history here. We didn't do a tour, just the tasting, but still had the opportunity to ask questions. Neat farm set up.

We started our Kentucky Bourbon Trail Passport here. We were welcomed like family as we walked in. Toured the facility and learned so much from Loralie who was happy to answer any questions. Then we enjoyed a tasting. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

My wife and I loved our visit to MB Roland Distillery! Greg did an awesome job as our tour guide and Ashton was fantastic during the tasting portion! We have visited several other distilleries and MB has the best products out of them all!! Their flagship bourbon and the pink lemonade shine were outstanding! I have already started recommending them to my friends!

Stopped on our way home from the beach and took a break with a tasting of bourbons, flavored moonshines, and whiskey. The strawberry lemonade moonshine was very good.

So, we have been here twice!
The first time we did a tour and tasting. It was so much fun and informative.
The second time, we returned with friends. As we walked in, three months later, we were greeted by Chris who said, “hey! You’re back!”. Wow!
Chris gave us a free tasting and knocked it out of the park! He knows so much about the product and truly treated us as friends!
We would recommend a shady spot to sit outside at this beautiful property! Maybe, they could even expand to offer food at some point as we feel as if you could make a day trip out of this picturesque Kentucky gem!

In the area to visit my brother, he took us here to try some shine. Not sure if I would even like this. We were able to try 7 different samples. The gentleman serving us was very friendly and gave great detail in each one we tried. These tasted better here than the ones we tried later at Old Glory. Took some bottles home to share. Pink lemonade is a big hit.

I should have known better with the drive in to the place. It’s a converted farm used as a distillery. We wanted to sample 2 different bourbons to see which one to buy or possibly both along with some flavored shine. There was one guy behind the bar who completely ignored us. Apparently they can’t handle serving samples to more than one customer at a time. Meanwhile, two other employees were too busy talking to each other than help us. So we walked out saving ourselves $200.
My recommendation is to cross the border to Tennessee and visit Old Glory Distillery for a better experience.
