We had a blast and were amazed at how cool & efficient the process is. My girl particularly was blown away by the passion these guys put into making their products, it seems like they have a whole lot of fun!

Terrific tour and learned a lot about the rum distilling process. All of the rums we tasted were terrific. Tait, David, Andy, and Doug were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!

I highly recommend making plans to visit this distillery while you are in Lafayette, LA. The owner handles the tours himself and it is quite an impressive operation! He is very knowledgeable about the distilling process and easily explains all of the variations available to him and why he made the decisions he did for his products.
I scheduled our tour as a surprise for my husband's birthday - and he enjoyed it SO much!
We were able to sample the different rums, as well as the signature cocktail that has been created for one of his rums "Sweet Crude Rouler".
His products are available in local stores, but we bought a few bottles at the end of our tour - why wait?
The Sweet Crude rum really was the smoothest clear rum I have ever tasted.
If you are looking to have some fun and at the same time support a local business, definitely check out this distillery and learn about the local culture at the same time!
