Today we visited as a family and had the most amazing time exploring the different walls. All the staff were very friendly, polite and professional when assisting my girls moving around the different parts of the adventure! We felt safe at all times. They really enjoyed trying the different walls and the stairway to heaven was a huge hit! Would highly recommended coming back again.

Impossible to get through on the phone and emails bounce back which isnt really helpful when trying to organise a group event. Told I would be phoned back within 10 mins but was not called back. I know someone who works there so he got me a manages email so eventually I could communicate to someone.
We took 33 teenages and was not told it only lasted an hour. Many of the kids were waiting to be unhooked because there wasnt enough staff on duty. They were told about the leap of faith and other climbs but this cost more. Only some of the kids could do this as they had more money than other.
Most of the staff were ok and Sam was quite helpful but one was very rude to the kids who cane to complained to myself.
The place needs an overall and personally found the place really unprofessional. I asked for a receipt
but it was only written one as the tills were not in use (nothing official) The cafe was not open for the kids to buy things afterwards either which we had said this was the meeting place to wait in safety for their parents to collect.
I will not organise another trip here as when i asked the kids how many marks would they give out of 10 their answers ranged from zero to four. They werent impressed and asked to go somewhere else the next time.
The ice bowl certainly needs money spent on it and updated. The only place in the building that looks decent is the bowling.

I brought my 3 girls to clip n climb last week & they had an amazing time! Daniel was their instructor & made them feel at ease, whilst also being super fun & encouraging them up the different walls. Katie was also lovely & gave support & encouragement to the kids when we were there. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I booked the last session of the day, we were brought in and shown the safety procedures by a staff member Daniel, its safe to say we were petrified of putting our trust in the harness but we had a lot of fun and highly recommend the place. Daniel was a great laugh and made the day even better

Kids had such a good time at clip n climb today. So many walls to pick from and the vertical slide was a big hit. Daniel gave us our safety talk and got us started on the walls, he was brilliant, really made the kids laugh.

The best part is the selection of walls to climb up, the amazing instructor (Carrie) also insured everyone was listening intently and waa ready to have an amazing safe and fun time.

Kids really enjoyed it. Plenty of different walls to climb. A little bit of a drive out of Belfast so not ideal if you’re visiting without a vehicle.

We had a great session for my son's birthday. Michael was very helpful and delighted that he got a free go on the 'leap of faith' as his birthday bonus from clip n climb, thank you, we will be back!

I have just booked online for 6 9-10 yr olds for a birthday party . Time states 1.30-2.25 . Do we have to be there half an hour before for safety brief? Doesn’t say anywhere on booking sheet ..

The safety briefing starts at 13:30 and will last for 30 minutes and the children will climb from 2 - 4.

does a parent/responible person have to stay on site while two 13 year olds climb???

I'm hoping to bring my wee four year old daughter soon. There is a brief safety talk that takes about 5minutes. Then its up to the individual how much and how high you climb....enjoy...

What age would you say it's suitable for ... I have teenage sons and am not sure if this is more geared towards younger children ... Many thanks
