Don't waste your time, hardly any stores open. Malls are a thing of the past I guess. This one is included on the list that just needs to be closed. It probably cost more to keep it open than it would to close it.

Stores are closing here. There used to be a Gap store. Its closed now. There is a JC Penney here. There are some empty spaces, where stores used to be. Its looking pretty bare now.

Sad that malls are getting less and less. Not much in the mall anymore.
I love JC Penney But the rest of the mall seems sad and run down.
Hopefully it will be turned back around.

The Bangor Mall has a Santa Claus 🎅🏼 there in December. It’s a pretty cute set up. I’m going there tonight with my 5 year old child. Maybe I’ll come back here and tell you how it went.

During my recent road trip through New England I found myself in Bangor for one night. I decided to visit the mall on a Wednesday night and figured I would grab a bite to eat at the food court. When I arrived at the mall I was sure it was closed as there were only about 30 cars in the parking lot. But no - it was technically open. However, for every store that is open there were three that were closed. And food court? The one restaurant was - you guessed it - closed. While it was great to see that Hot Topic and Spencer's were open (don;t have these at home so always a treat) there was nothing else to keep me interested.

Visited the mall in September of 2019 on a Friday night, was very shocked at closures of stores inside and the minimal amount of shoppers. The once rather large food court is down to one or 2 vendors. We did find some deals in some of the stores such as Aeropostal. We wanted to get Pizza at one of the food court places but it closed at 7pm.
I think malls are a thing of the past.....shame.

Growing up this was THE place to go! There were always so many people and inside of the mall was always decorated to the appropriate season. It was a real treat to go to the mall.
It is now sadly very empty. Barely any stores are open. Would be nice if some of the big anchor stores were turned into more experience-related things. Could a new life to this building if there was like rock climbing or a trampoline park or a virtual reality room.

Near empty bar the three anchor stores and these were nearly empty. Good side is there is plenty of parking.

The Bangor mall has turned into a very sad ghost town. Most of the people there when we went were people walking for exercise not shopping. Some of the stores were not even open during regular business hours. Very very sad state of affairs.
