We went to see the Marvelous Wonderettes this week at the Carousel Theater and it was awesome. Had a group of us and the guys were not looking forward to it based on the description of the show but we all found it hilarious; one of the best shows I have ever seen. The ladies who were in the play were awesome!!!

Hands down the best dinner theater experience! We saw the Show Marvelous Wonderettes and the cast is hilarious. The clam chowder soup was excellent. I had the Lobster Casserole which was really good but not worth the upcharge of 15.00; Overall a great time was had by our entire party.

Just saw The Marvelous Wonderettes and it was absolutely marvelous. The cast of four talented women was wonderful -- tight harmonies, great dancing, a funny script, and great music. Definitely recommend a trip to the Carousel Music Theater for a fun night out, and if you can make it this last week, go see the Wonderettes!

This was a beautiful place! The actors are the serving staff. They worked their tails off. So enjoyed the performance and the hard work the actors/wait staff did! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great evening. Good food and fantastic entertainment. The actors/actresses are also your servers and bartenders. Very engaging!

It was an excellent show! We saw the Marvelous Wonderettes. Funny , great vocals, and characters.

We had a great time at the dinner & show at the Carousel Music Theater. The waiters/waitresses (who are also the actors/actresses) were excellent on all fronts. Food, drinks and service were great! Our show, The Marvelous Wonderettes, was a crowd-pleaser and hilarious from start to finish. The actresses were fantastic. We had a great time!

If you happen to spend time in boothbay harbor, set aside an evening to experience the Carousel Music Theatre. It is a favorite destination of ours. The atmosphere is very unique and laid back. The performing artists have always been exemplary in our experience. We would see every show, every season if we were around to do so.. Where else can you get up close and personal and get to know the performing artists. Highly recommended anyone to check out any showing. The local IPA is also wonderful if you enjoy craft brews. Support Culture and the Arts. Visit the Carousel. Music Theatre

This is a great little theatre for a wonderful night out. The food was very good, cute casual atmosphere and a great show! It was our first time going here and we will definitely go again! The only issue we had were sometimes the actors were a little hard to hear. We were towards the back so seats in the front would definitely be better! Other than that, no complaints at all!

This is my second summer going to see a show. The show was excellent! Very talented group! We bought dinner with our tickets and everything was delicious. We plan on coming back again next year.

Depends oh the child's attention span. There is lots of singing....and the storyline might be tricky to figure out ie is my boyfriend really flirting with a new woman?..turns out it's his sister.....nothing risque, but not child-oriented. Some tunes you may recognize: Bali Hai, Gonna Wash That Mam Right Out of My Hair, The Hills are Alive with the Sound of Music, some from Carousel are less well known....I'm Just a Girl Who Can't Day No from Oklahoma....to name a few. Show at 7. About a 25 min intermission at 7:45 ish when dessert is served. Over at 9:30. There ate some dance numbers. Sitting close to stage is possible. Hope this helps. Actors are engaging!

Why do you not have regular ads/articles in the Boothbay Register? Until I found you with Google I didn't know if you were still open. This would be a good way to drum up business, yes?
Do you have parking space for 30 ft RV? I see a camp sight close to the theatre. I am not towing a small vehicle, so will have to drive RV to theatre.

Hi, parking for your RV will be no problem, we have a large spacious lot with plenty of room for up to five large coach busses and plenty of cars.

As has been said above, we have no more matinees scheduled for September. We have had at least one lunchtime show for each of the three shows we produced this summer, and plan on doing that again next summer.
