Great trip but beware if you get motion sick

Captain Tom and his crew were excellent. Learned a lot about Maine lobstering and beautiful sights along coast. Children were entranced and so were the adults! A definite trip to take but was rough seas for me despite being heavily medicated. So, those prone to motion sickness ….be aware of swells in the ocean that can even impact you on 45 minute cruise. Also, parking is rough in Perkins Cove in peak periods so leave lots of extra time or walk from town along the Marginal Way.

Such a great experience! Our group of five ranged from 3-33 years old and everyone had fun! We learned and laughed and had some great views the entire time!

Great trip. Learned a lot. Definitely a must do when in the area. The guide was great. Just enough information to learn a lot but not overly chatty.

Nubble tours

We took the Nubble Light cruise and had a wonderful experience. We were engaged there a year ago and it was wonderful to see a different perspective of the lighthouse. I would absolutely recommend Finestkind tours

Whenever we go to Maine we try to get out on the water to view the beautiful coast line. This was a great 1 hr trip with Captain Bob. He and his mate were great, pulled up a few lobster traps and even caught a few. Offered great info and history of the area and it’s fishing past. Nice way to relax and see the stunning coast line. If you are in the Ogunquit area I highly recommend the trip. It’s good for all ages.

Finest part of our morning!

The Lobstering Trip was a wonderful way to start our day! The beautiful shoreline of Ogunquit was on display and our tour guide explained everything. Our Maine lobsterman was fantastic! He hauled in traps and shared his experience and answered questions. Being able to learn about and handle the lobsters is an unforgettable experience. This trip is well worth it!

Great for all ages

It was a great lobster boat tour. We had a group from age 3 to 68. The kids all loved it and it was interesting (and humorous) for the adults as well. 50 minutes was the perfect amount of time. We really enjoyed it.

The Finestkind staff was friendly and full of interesting facts. I'm so excited I finally got to see the hidden side of Nubble Light! We even got to see harbor seals!

An enjoyable and informative cruise by Bob and Captain Bob. They were pleasant and accommodating. We have done this cruise before and enjoyed it just as much this time. May do it again another year.

Lobster cruise - super kid friendly

I love that in 50 minutes my kids got to experience a boat ride, driving a lobster boat, putting bait in a trap, watching the traps be put in the ocean and pulled out, seeing lobsters up close, touching them, holding them, and learning a little history about the area!! Best 50 minutes ever!!
