This was our second time at a Low Cut Connie Concert. The venue was small, but had great acoustics. Bar prices were very reasonable for both foos and drinks We were disappointed that there was a small crowd. But we made up for size in our enthusiasm. And the Band did not disappoint Adam was spectacular. A real performer. Had the place rocking from the moment her stepped onto the stage. A very special evening in a great concert venue

My friend and I saw The Ghost of Paul Revere here on Friday the 30th, 2019 the night before their Ghostland show at Thompsons Point. It was fabulous!!!

Went to see El Ten Eleven here and it was my first time in PCMH. Nice place, good venue for a show that size. I don't know who the first band was, but we weren't really into it. It sounded more like someone screaming into the microphone.
It would have been nice to have the high tops open for seating or something because I can't stand for long periods of time with bad knees and back. Overall, it was a good experience.

I've been two a couple different rooms in Portland and the music has always been great. What I don't understand is that as soon as the show is over the security guards turn immediately kick everyone out of the venue. They were very rude, and I was sober so I wasn't an incoherent drunk. It feels like the last note finishes and they start pushing you out. It was no different at PCMH. Great room for a show, not very friendly or accommodating security. Bartenders were fantastic. Maybe I'm unaware of some Maine law that says when the entertainment stops you must exit. It makes it hard to take the 5+ hour trip back to Portland to do this again.

second band wasnt great the mood was kinda flat and the ncrowd was different to what I am used to but the place was interesting

For example, we saw Peter Wolf last night from front row. We arrived after 7 for the 8 p.m. show and managed to get these excellent seats effortlessly. I'm told it's usually standing-only general admission, but there's not a bad spot in the house.The Congress Street location is convenient to restaurants, with ample free on-street parking after 6 p.m.

A small venue, it was the perfect size to see a show. It was never too crowded or overwhelming, and there was plenty of space to either dance around to music or relax near the bar listening to the show. And this has been my general experience with Portland, but every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly!

This is my favorite place in Portland to go to a concert. The ambience is always positive and all the staff are great. My most recent visit was for the Troyboi (EDM-like music) show and it was one of the best concerts I've been to. Security did a good job of making sure the people in front row got water if it looked like they needed. I was GA but very close to front row the entire time. The fire alarm went off midway through his set and we all had to evacuate but as soon as the building was cleared (about 20 minutes) everyone was allowed inside and they allowed to him to finish his set even though it was over the original time limit. I recommend this venue to everyone who loves a good show and a great experience. The bartenders were awesome as well, and the VIP seating looks worth the extra $$$, I'll have to invest in that next show!

The space is a little strange - it's basically a narrow room with a stage at the end. The lighting tends to (maybe because the ceiling is somewhat low?) shine directly into your face, so when there is a moment of musical intensity and the lights come up, you are blinded. That being said - the sound was great, the bar service was great, the show -Highly Suspect- was amazing. Overall, very pleased!

This venue was wonderful for a small concert. The size of the hall makes for an intimate experience. I dropped a star because we had an awful cocktail and the bathrooms were very inconveniently located.
