I would not recommend this theater to others - especially the IMAX experience that was not only expensive (at just under $20 per person), but also didn't really seem any different than any other standard theater I've visited recently. The screen seemed no larger nor clearer, so it definitely did not seem worth the extra cost. I was also highly surprised at how dirty the theater was. I had to brush debris off of my seat (which doesn't recline barely at all) and was sloshing through and sticking to stuff on the theater floor. NOT a great experience for a date or otherwise!

Poorly managed always understaffed. Question why I keep coming back (easily closest theatre). In the past they adopted a next person up ensuring the concession lined moved quickly, instead they now use individual lines that cause some to move extremely slow.

I have visited this movie theater for the past two and a half years regularly and have always had a great experience. During my most recent visit, I visited the concession stand and purchased a small popcorn and a small drink. It wasn’t overly busy... only about 3 other people in the lobby area and I didn’t have to wait to place my order. I got my drink right away and then was informed that they needed to get more small bags from the back so I would have to wait a minute. I stood there waiting while 7 different employees were playing around and chit-chatting behind the counter. After waiting 12 minutes, a different employee finally offered to give me a medium popcorn since they still didn’t have any small bags, which I was grateful for. But waiting 12 minutes for a popcorn when there are more employees around than customers is ridiculous! Very disappointed.

A buddy and I went there today after about 6 months being away from attending last time. First of all, you now get your tickets at the left side of the concession stand which today was a real pain in the butt waiting for a group of little kids decide what drink they wanted wit their popcorn tray. We waited and as the line behind us got longer and longer, the two employees ignored the growing line to sell tickets to the movies they wanted to see. They were so inconsiderate to all of us that were lined up and wanted to by tickets to see their movie! We missed the movie we went there to see by over 20 minutes and then an employee motioned for us and the line behind us to move over to right at the concession counter. we bough tickets for a movie that was starting in 45 minutes. So we sat in the average movie theater seats watching 45 minutes of commercials and movies that were going to come to this theater in October, November and Jan. 2020! Did I mention that we are both seniors and normally receive discounts when we go to the movies and do not normally pay $9.90 to see a movie? And I believe that Latase must be blind to the popcorn all around the concession stand's floor up the ramp to the ticket taker and down the aisle in front of the different movie doors. I am sorry that I was taken for so much money to sit in an average seat to watch so many ads before the movie we could have seen earlier. I will not be going back to this greedy, dirty, inconsiderate theater again! Those reviews to the left of this review must be paid to make these "Excellent" ratings. I found nothing about this place to be excellent other than to charge me more money for the same movie I can see in a cleaner theater with lounge seats for half the price that they charge. You just lost 2 future customers.

Small and clean theater tucked away in a great place. Great for a date night or family movie night. The only thing I wish it had were reclining seats and better parking on the weekend.

Great place! Clean and usually efficient. I saw 2 movies Aquaman and The Upkeep. You can Uber or taxi and be dropped off or picked up. Food places are close if you want to eat elsewhere.

This is one of the best movie theaters I have ever visited. It's big and always clean. The seats are comfortable and I love that you get to pick your seats. I really love that I get to use my AARP card. Everyone who works there is very friendly. The tickets are kind of pricey but it's worth it. Also it's always plenty of parking and plenty of places to eat and shop by the theater.,

Love the new seating. Removes stress n urgency to get tickets n get there early for seating. Theatre is always clean n never sound issues with the film.
On another note i find the use of the rewards card troublesome. Food rewards are only as good as the employee in the ticket booth who might prompt you to use points that you have I do not understand why I have to order ( when I haven’t even seen at the snack bar yet ) from the outside ticket booth... this also does not work well when you pre-buy your tickets online

nice theatre, terrible parking.The theatre is sitiated in a busy shopping center which is convenient if you want dinner or need to run errands.

This theater is always a go to place! They have pre-reserved seating and the variety of movies is always great. Their concessions are always fresh and they have helpful and friendly staff. Also, it is always CLEAN!! It is a little bit more expensive than most other theaters in the area, but it is newer and CLEAN!! We always choose this theater first for our movie going entertainment!!
