My girlfriend, her six year-old son, and I decided that we wanted to bowl one late Sunday evening. We had decided to bowl at the Fort Meade Lanes on Ft. George G. Meade, but it was closed. We chose to bowl at the Greenway Bowl, which was an excellent choice. The price was extremely reasonable. The lanes were well-kept and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The fries and beverages were also delicious and refreshing. We had a great time and we plan to visit it again in the future.

We've been here a couple of times now, and it's an easy place for cheap fun. It's never been too crowded that we've seen. They do birthday parties and stuff, and also grown up themes like ladies nights. The bar staff is also friendly.
Bring your own food though; the lady working the food counter doesn't want to be there, and she'll make sure you know it.

My children and I have visited Greenway Bowl for fun and/or birthday parties. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the building clean and appropriate for all ages.

It's a nice bowling alley and usually doesn't get very crowded! The service is usually pretty good and the food isn't too expensive. Nice thing to do in the rain or at night.

We thought going bowling on a Saturday afternoon would get us out of the hot and humid temperature outside. The bowling alley was only maybe 1/3 full, the prices seemed higher than I would have expected given the age and overall feel of the place. It was warmer than I would have thought inside. They have a snack bar and regular bar, however you don't know until you get inside that those only take cash, with the option for one of the free standing ATM machines to use at your own risk. 2 games and 2 shoe rentals ended up being almost $30. Guess we will stick to Wii bowling at home.

Greenway Bowl isn't bad, it just isn't great. I actually haven't been for awhile because it isn't as modern as some of the other bowling ally's in the area. It's clean and the staff are nice. I would say pack your own sandwiches if you can because the food is beyond terrible. It's convenient, that is why we go here but if time permits we choose other venues to bowl. If you are just looking for a place to bowl and have an easy time finding bowling balls this place is fine. I will add that we did a birthday party here and it was one of the easiest birthday parties I ever had to organize. There were absolutely no problems and it went off without a hitch.

We joined some friends who have a holiday tradition of bowling on Christmas Day. Girls versus the boys style. Greenway Bowl advertised $19.95 for all you could bowl in X-Mas so we decided to come here.
The lanes had not been polished and the floor was sticky. The staff was helpful and cleaned the floor to assist us from sticking as we attempted to bowl. The lanes are updated with newer technology but still had ball problems.
My biggest complaint is about the service at the food stand. There was one older lady working and obviously she did not want to be there on Christmas Day. She had a terrible attitude and seemed as if she was being inconvenienced when we ordered something. As we were there all afternoon, the more we came to order the more the huffs and puffs came with every visit.
She had a terrible bauhumbug attitude.

WE have been going here for several years. I continue to be impressed by the cleanliness of the facility as well as the good staff interations. We've held two birthday parties here as well. The first one went fairly well and the second was handled wonderfully. Be sure to order food way ahead as it can take awhile to receive it.
