Fantastic ice cream. There are plenty of choices as to ice cream in Oak Bluffs but this is the best. Ask the locals!

The line is long and the place is popular but their ice cream is nothing special. It has a creamy texture but none of the different flavors had a unique taste and it didn't feel home made or high end.

Nice local store with great ice cream flavors and chocolates. They enforce social distancing during the pandemic. We got the coffee ice cream and it was creamy and very tasty. There's usually a line to get in, but wait because it's worth it. Lots of goodies inside for your pleasure.

After being let down by several “homemade” ice cream stands we heard about Ben & Bill’s from a long time summer resident at the beach. He did not steer us wrong! Everyone’s ice creams were delicious and we got a small of the lobster ice cream(real lobster chunks) to try and it was delicious! Definitely in small portions but worth trying!

While I've had the ice cream from the other Oak Bluffs shops, Ben and Bill's is my favorite. The servers are generally very patient and friendly, the selection and taste of the flavors are top notch, and the servings are very generous for the price. There are even (limited) seating areas outside.

Great ice cream. This is the third year since we changed from Mad Martha's ice cream to this one. Still do not regret the change(it had been almost 20 years having Martha's).
Both sugar free flavors were great. My wife loved hers. Still a ridiculous amount of choices. Lines still very long, but they move and the wait is worth it.

After listening to many locals tell us how good Ben and Bills was we decided to give it try. Wow, we're we disappointed. First of all, very pricey. Chocolate prices were insane, 29.50 a pound. The ice cream selection was not that great. The ice cream selections by our group was tasteless. The portions for the price were small. Suffice to say we will not be going back of recommending this place to others. There are plenty of other ice cream parlors to pick from.

We “needed” just a little something sweet after a late lunch and this is where we went. Perfect! They have so much to choose from it’s hard to decide! I recommend the dark chocolate cranberry clusters. Delish! They also had several flavors of ice cream to choose from but we didn’t try any on this visit. This would be a good place to get some goodies to take home for friends and family.

We waited in a really long line which was kind of crazy for off season. The only plus for me is that you can get vegan ice cream by the scoop or soft serve. Since it’s so difficult to find vegan options I was very happy about that but the portions were huge.
