Seats recline and have foot rest and heat. New movies are presented.
However, no employees are available to direct customers to appropriate theater venue. We saw the second half of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny on Monday at one theater and had to return on Tuesday to watch the first half.
Employees present were especially helpful and solicitous exchanging our tickets.

Beacon Cinema is excellent and a great part of the local community. Thank goodness we have this treasure. People sometimes complain about parking but it isn't bad. Lively locales may necessitate having to take a stroll to your destination. Relax and get in a few additional steps!

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff that seemed happy to take care of you. The screens were nice and bright and the sound system was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Everything a small town movie theater could be, thanks.

Parking was a nightmare…. Spent 30 minutes trying to work meter, inserting credit card at least 6 times and eventually a meter maid came to assist. Beacon no longer refunds part of the cost like they use to do so expect to pay. Also the staff were not at all supportive and when I asked for an empty cup for water not wanting to swipe my card again she charge me $1.50 for an empty cup. Theater was upstairs a long escalator that only went up. When we needed assistance because the seats were not working I was unable to go back down to find someone to help without going out back and around the block to renter. There were 3 staff behind the 1st fl counter and not one person to be found upstairs. Not one customer seen in entire theater. I strongly suggest you go to another theater that you don’t have to deal with horrific parking meters and where staff is available to help and perhaps a water fountain. Was so upset by the time we got settled (with 2 disabled adult children) I could not relax and enjoy the movie. Instead I will be taking an aspirin when I get home to recover from the horrible experience.

Incredible experience. So clean! Very comfortable heated seats that recline fully. Excellent staff. Volume was a bit high. That’s it.

Great place..great prices. 5 dollar matinee..all new seats that recline and are heated. Great place to take kids for a movie.

I love the Beacon. Great building, great sound, great seats. But concessions are way overpriced. We paid $19.95 for 2 drinks and a small and medium popcorn. The popcorn was cold and stale and served in a paper bag which doesn’t really work well with melted “butter.” I don’t think it is to much to expect fresh, warm popcorn when going to a movie. Come on Beacon owners. You can do better without much effort.

A good place to go for theater productions in the Berkshires. The seating is good and the talent very good. This has been a must for us every summer
