Simple Indulgence did my and my mother’s hair for my wedding this past August. Lori was easy to work with in setting up a date and time for my trial and the day of appointment. It was a real convenience the salon was open on Sunday with full services. My stylist was super friendly and willing to try a few different styles and change them as I wanted. The day of my wedding, she was calm, reassuring and flexible. Just what you need on your big day. I would recommend Lori and Simple Indulgence for your wedding.

I've had spa treatments in many places and on many cruises around the world. I can honestly say that Lori's spa is better than all of them. You get personalized service from very friendly and talented staff in a quaint environment that is VERY relaxing. All it needs is another pedi station so all my sisters, daughters and I can have pedicures together!

Nice little place. Very relaxing and inviting. Had a great experience with Becky. Her massage was so relaxing, I fell asleep! Will definitely come back next time we are in Sturbridge

I have been going to this hair salon for almost a year and a half. It is always peaceful when I get my hair done. There is nice music playing. I get to read magazines and learn about new places in the area. I even get tea when I get my hair done. Great hidden gem!

What a cute little place. Had a wonderful massage there. The staff was very friendly and my therapist was awesome. I will be back

I am a local and have the pick of many nail spots in the area. This is a little more expensive than others, but is absolutely well worth the price. I have stopped trying other places because I am consistently disappointed with others since I am so spoiled here!
The owner, Lori, used to work in business and accounting, and realized that she felt like she wasn't helping anyone. She opened this spa so that she could help people feel better about themselves. She has a very inspiring story, and is absolutely dedicated to her customers. It shows in every way!
This is the kind of place where they all know your name, and they take the time to learn the preferences of their repeat customers. They offer water or tea to their customers while they are worked on, which doesn't seem like much but is an incredibly nice touch.
The décor is so soft and relaxing with blues and greens. She recently got new pedi stations.
EVERYBODY here speaks English, and is willing to have as much or as little conversation as you would like. Everything is absolutely spotless, I do not have any question about the cleanliness of the supplies.
One of the women here makes a lot of their products herself with all natural ingredients. She does sell them in the spa.
They offer many services and are very happy to take recommendations to offer more. Check out the website as she often runs specials.
She has three pedi stations and three mani stations, so small groups can go in to get worked on at once. Parties are often held here. I had a lot of family over for the recent holidays, we all went for massages and pedicures. She allows people to bring food so it makes a great time away.
Love this place- can't wait to go back!

Clean and creatively decorated to turn a former home into a spa like atmosphere. Nice staff, I normally do mani/pedi here but this time I tried a deep tissue massage. I was very pleased and would return. The only downside is that parking is not great.

I have been to many spas around the country and was surprised to find this local place a delight! The owner and her staff are courteous and pamper you from head to toe. The decor is relaxing and peaceful. Enjoy!
