Great beer selection. Good variety of flavors. Hard to choose a favorite! Flights of 4 offered - 4-4oz for $10. Double Bottom IPA was my favorite. No food truck the day we went, but chips and salsa, hot dogs and pretty good pizza are offered regularly. $14 for a 4 pack to go is VERY affordable these days. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Well worth the stop.

Had a blast as band was awesome and place is built to have fun with space and TVs. Wish beer was better and will come by to try again as others were enjoying so maybe just not my taste this time!

driving home from vermont and whenever we travel we try to hit a brewery from the state we are in and then take one of their glasses home for memories.We saw the sign on the parkway and said lets go, we need a glass from Massachussetts! They were doing outdoor seating,and so we got a flight of some tasty beers and they had a great food truck outside as well and i wasnt expecting the food to be so good! my husband got these maple bourbon shrimp tacos,and i got chicken quesadillas.Wow really good!!! we shared.so glad we stopped and of course we bought our glass

I’m hooked! I saw a post on Facebook about all the effort that went into roasting pumpkin and squash for the autumn pumpkin ale that was just rolling out and I was impressed. Found my way to Hitchcock Brewery that weekend and bought two 4 packs of their latest creation. Kept one and gave one away to my daughter and son-in-law. We all proclaimed it amazing. Very creative labeling. Gorgeous amber color and and full bodied taste. Not a sweet pumpkin ale, but loaded with flavor from the roasted pumpkin and squash.
This is a small brewery a bit off the beaten path, but not too far from 5 and 10. It has some impressive gardens with hops growing over a big patch of land. Inside is a small bar with seating. The friendly staff inside are more than happy to brag about their latest brew while pouring from the taps for a tasting.
Definitely worth the trip and I will make it one of my stops when I am out and about in the Whately area.

Hitchcock Brewing Company was the seventh brewery visited on Saturday out seven toured. It is housed on a working Alpaca farm. It is a really cool brewery. Besides raising Alpaca they also grow hops! As it was the last stop out of seven, I only sampled one beer on this visit. It was a pleasant creation. I look forward to trying additional creations on my next visit!

I visited Hitchcock Brewing Company with a group of friends during its Saturday afternoon tasting. The facility is new and very clean. The beers are excellent, and the hosts are very cordial. The tastings are free, with beers available in growlers, bombers and cans. Outdoors, you can see a fairly extensive planting of hops.
