I'm so glad I found this spa. On a layover in DTW, I was really suffering from neck and arm pain. The masseuse, Derrick, was wonderful! I had a great time chatting with him as he worked out the knots in my shoulders. One of his hobbies is singing and so he sang to me while he worked. It was VERY relaxing! Check it out!

I just took time to have a 10 min foot massage. Mimi put me into a massage chair while I was having the service. It was really relaxing and refreshing. Thanks Mimi @ the San Diego terminal 2.

Patty did an amazing job on my express manicure on Monday evening. I had not been there before and found it because of a long and unexpected flight layover. Best manicure! Plus the polish she used is amazing snd doesn't chip even though it is not gel. My nails always chip within a day but with this one they are still perfect We had a nice conversation and she didn't rush at all even though I came in close to closing time. Thank you!

I just had one of the best massages ever...at an airport spa!!?? "Blair" at the Be Relax spa at the Atlanta Airport made my 4 hour layover a pleasure. She really knew how to pinpoint my lower right back issues, and gave me a strong, soothing, and therapeutic 45 minute massage.
This beautiful clean new spa actually had a full massage table in a private room.
I'm in this airport often and I will be a regular client!!

I bought a product for quite a lot of money which was promised to be perfect for my issues. However, the product is not working and since two month, I have never received a reply from the company, even though, I have contact them several times.
It is truly very disappointing and I would never visit this place again.

Supposed to offer services to those of us with Priority Pass. Signed in, waited 45-55 minutes, they could not figure out their card reader, and wouldn't honor the offer (e.g. write down number, call it in or similar). Acted like I was just trying to get a free service.

I had been having back spasms for a couple of days, had to make a long flight, and didn’t know what todo. In the airport during my layover I saw the Be Relax store. I’m thankful for Alan, who “got my shoulders out of my ears”, really excellent hard deep pressure massage. He also told me to breathe from my abdomen, not my chest. It’s working! The spasms are gone! Alan at Be Relax was a Godsend. Try it!

Air travel plus weather delay/ long layover can be stressful. Getting a 20 minute chair massage from DD was absolutely amazing and reenergizing. Will plan future layovers in Detroit happily

If you are stopping through DTW, treat yourself to well needed massage. I was feeling tension in my neck and shoulders and Derrick knew exactly what to do. I started off with 20 minutes but bumped it up to the 30 minutes once I felt the relief in my neck. On my way home I will be swinging back if they are open!
