We did the Fort Room and had about two clues before finishing. Very challenging but entertaining. Amber and staff were friendly and nice. We also did the laser games and had a good time.

Well here ya go. I made a booking for the pirate room a day ahead of time and prepaid for 5 of us. $25 per person. $125 total. My wife got sick and couldn't participate. I kindly asked the worker for a $25 refund for only having four in my group. The worker said only my manager can do that and he would be in shortly. So the 4 of us did the pirate room. Which was not good at all. When we completed I asked the worker again for my $25 refund. She said she cant do it. She said the only thing she could have done was before we went in to the room she could have refunded the full amount. Wtf. I would have got my full refund then rebooked for four people. I work hard for my money and to RIP me off $25 is piss poor business. I hope everyone that reads this does not spend their hard earned money here. They need to be out of business. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM....

This was our first time doing an escape room and we did the fort room. We had fun, 2 adults and 11 year old. It was very challenging especially since some of the props/clues with numbers had worn off. I'd say we maybe got halfway through in the hour allotted time.

Reasonable people would assume that the term 'and' implies adding something, especially when given four numbers while only needing three, to open a combination lock. The family running this business is not reasonable.
The guy in his late teens/early twenties seemed confused when I pointed out that the clue he gave was deliberately misleading and probably led to the low-rating for people solving the room in the allotted hour. I could have easily asked for a refund, since he also gave us half of the clues before the countdown timer started. Instead, I just wanted to make them see that their room was not the fun experience promised because of their inability to understand simple mathematics.
Rather than being able to talk to the adult who checked us in, I was forced to deal with a twelve year old who shouldn't be behind the counter. I offered to write down the clue we were given, to show her exactly what was wrong with the phrasing. The response I received was "Why do you need paper?" Even though I had just told her why.
It doesn't matter how many times these employees insist that their clue was correct, it absolutely was not.
If I had to offer any advice, it would be this: Don't waste your money here. Other escape rooms are better.

If you're doing the pirate room, don't add the amber and jasper, at the end.

The young girl that worked on the 2&3 was rude & seemed to hate having to be there, tried to have conversations with her and she was cold and unfriendly. All I got out of her was my Dad owns this store.
We have been visiting for over 20 years to this City and spend a LOT of $ here bringing our Grandchildren, this place alone I spent $70 in 3 days not next year! unless she is not there even my two 11 year old Grandaughters & 6 year old said she was rude & unfriendly, however the Mother worked the 4th & was pleasant I should have told her about the rudeness from her daughter! I guess she will see if here. Beware if you do the escape rooms they charge you tax. Crazy.but not if you do laser beams!!

We did the pirate themed room. We were given two lanterns, but one barely worked. We started off great but got stuck. We used the hints and got to the second to last clue. We spent ten minutes trying to open a small box. We were finally told to pull hard on it. That costs us ten minutes. For people complaining on price, this is one of the cheapest places you could do it. I’d go again!

We did the Tardis and the Fort Escape and thoroughly enjoyed them both. Good puzzles. :) If I have time before out trip is over I'd like to go back and do another one of their rooms.

This was my 2nd time doing one of the escape rooms in the city. We had a group of 4 adults, and another group of 4 teens. The staff left something to be desired on being personable. We escaped with time left, and it was anti-climatic. The guy who greeted us at the end just looked at us. No Congrats - nothing. It was as if none of the staff wanted to be there. It would be nice if they were more personable/social, and maybe smiled at the end. We asked the staff to take our picture, and he just kind of looked at us and finally just took the phone and did it. We were so happy to have "escaped", but then at the end, we all just kind of looked at each other like "well ok then". Would not recommend because of the experience with the staff, which left something to be desired.

The escape room was a fun family outing. We did it with 8 people and had a blast. Escaped by 6 minutes.

1st time doing an escape room. 2 adults and our 8 and 18 yr old kids with us. Did the easy-level challenge. Cost over $100 with tax.
Went on busy holiday weekend. You need to reserve a spot ahead of time.
Our 8 year old was a little scared, but not too bad. Took us around 45 minutes to get through the challenge. Would not recommend for kids under 8-10 years old.
Would go again if it were a little cheaper.
