The facility is very well stocked and written information on each wine in abundance. Staff were courteous, but that was all. At times we were ignored and struggled to get any service. Some commercial organizations say they put their customers at the heart of everything they do, Caves de TURCKHEIM made us feel very much on the periphery! Perhaps we did not look like important enough customers? We bought 6 bottles

Visite de cette cave suite à dégustation d'un de leur produit dans un restaurant du village. Visite très intéressante et commentaires très corrects du personnel. Conseils pour guider votre choix sur les différents vins que vous dégustez. Excellents vins à prix très corrects

Third visit to the Cave Vinicole de Turckheim. Fisrt visited in 1990 and their wines have been consistently good.
The Cave is a co-operative where must vignerons in the area take their grapes. Fantastic range of all Alsace wine varieties and a great range of quality for each wine too, ranging from affordable more basic wines to top quality.
large air conditioned tasting room, friendly knowledgeable staff who will advise and draw up a tasting plan to show the wines off to their best. We tasted some 20 differing wines, and there was no pressure to buy.
As a bonus they have a stork nest on the roof, and when we visited in early August there were storks in the nest

We have experienced a fair few degustations/tastings over the years in France and Spain and this one is right at the top of the list. Friendly, unpretentious, knowledgeable, relaxed and good at listening as well as talking. Fantastic.

De passage en Alsace , je tente ma chance dans cette cave , et je ne suis pas déçu : accueil , professionnalisme, dégustation dirigée, qualité des produits , tarifs intéressants..... vraiment super expérience dans cette cave

As part of our walking tour we were directed to this cooperative where we could have some wine tasting. In other villages we also did some wine tasting. The very large number and great virieties of wines makes wine tasting a usefull activity to determine what wine would be yiur preference, before you buy anaything.

Très grand choix de vins d'Alsace, il y en a pour tous les goûts et pour tous les budgets. Personnel sympathique et de bon conseil. Mérite le détour si vous passez dans la région.
