Fantastic experience. The OCP always puts on a great show, but this show is one of the best I have seen at this theater. The vocal talent and choreography was top notch and the delivery of both flawless. The stage, while small was decked out perfectly and the show was absolutely fun, engaging and entertaining. Would highly recommend attending future shows at this venue.

This is a community theater that does not pay the performers or the musicians. The level of the musicians especially is pretty mediocre. It is too bad that they won’t hire some professionals to take the performances up a few notches. I won’t be going back.

Attended afternoon performance of Beauty and the Beast. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out all staff was exceptional in directing us to the stairs and to our seats. The performance was fabulous.

I was blown away by how professional the cast was. The theater was beautiful. The sets were impressive. I would put this cast against any other cast in larger cities. I can't wait to go see their next production.

OCP puts on great shows. For a small town production, they are always worth watching! They perform a huge variety of things not just at their theater, but at local restaurants too!

I have attended many events at the Lewowsky Center, and have never been disappointed. The Community Players always put on a great show! The only thing that would be better, is if they could have something going on each weekend. The seats are comfortable and they do have areas for handicapped individuals.

I have seen many productions done by Owosso Community Players since they have re-opened following a fire. Their productions are AMAZING! Honestly, it is like watching a touring group of a Broadway production. They select unique and wonderful plays to present, have at least two musicals a year and it is always superior!
As for the theatre, there truly is not a bad seat in the house. It is a smaller theatre, but still, the perfect size to watch an excellent production. I have had seats on the floor, both front and back, as well as seats in the balcony, both front and back. I have yet to have a seat where I could not fully appreciate the production.
I often tell people about how wonderful the plays are in Owosso and I whole-heartedly recommend attending any show at all that is presented by Owosso Community Players.

Over the years we have had many enjoyable nights and afternoons attending performances by our community players, From musicals to comedies. Prices are reasonable and talent is superior. We have traveled the world and have always been pleased with our local theater compared with most anywhere.

Just went to the final performance of “The Little Mermaid” and I can say I will definitely be going back for many more of their theatrical performances. I've seen quite a few small town theater performances and this was by far one of the best I've ever seen. The performance itself move me from laughter to chills, to tears, and back to laughter again and again.
The young lady who played Ariel is definitely going to be on Broadway someday.
They actually had something on their shoes that rolled them around on stage and it made it look like they were swimming.
When the prince fell into the water he rolled down a long strip of cloth like he was a Cirque du Soleil performer. It really looked like he was falling in water.
Everything about this production was spectacular. The music, costumes, cast, even the venue is impressive.
The theater itself has a lot of history. It was a vaudeville house when it opened in 1926. In 2007 a fire damaged the theater badly. It reopened in 2014.
Had a fantastic time!
