We were down in TC for a girl's weekend, and we wanted to do a tour to see a few different wineries/breweries/distilleries. Our driver was great with picking us up at the Airbnb we were staying at and told us a little about each place we visited! Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone and will be doing it again when visiting the area!

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Our driver Tom was great! He was super helpful and made sure we had a table at each place we went. Also recommended things to try. He was awesome. Will definitely book this trip again and hopefully him as our driver 👍👍👍

I booked through this company to celebrate my wife's birthday. Great communication from start to finish, very easy to work with. We wanted to stop at 3 distilleries for drinking, with 8 people. They had the itinerary laid out, and when i wanted to add one more stop if was a piece of cake. Our driver Tom was on time, courteous, and professional. He did a phenomenal job. They had let all 4 places know we'd be stopping by, and it went very smoothly. He was involved just enough, and did a great job keeping us on schedule. If it wasn't for him, we likely never would have left the first location. He went ahead to each one while we were drinking, and had the timing dialed in. Perfect communication via text and in person. We could not possibly have had a better time. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company to do this again, as we all had a blast. I'd definitely recommend doing a 4 or 5 hour trip, as the time flew by. The 5th hour was free for us due to the time of year, and I'm so glad we had the extra time. Thank you!

Jim from Torch Lake was an amazing driver. He was fun and did lots of check ins and took pictures for us constantly. Bus was clean and very comfortable with great winery stops.

Always toured wineries on my own but after this experience I would only tour in this fashion anymore. our driver was awesome and fun and cannot wait to go again. touring with a group is so much fun

What can I say? Even on a gloomy, foggy, January day, TC is beautiful. Wonderful way to spend the last day of the year. Our tour guide Chuck was excellent. Will be headed back for another this summer!

I’ve done wine tours a few times with this company and they’re always so fun! Guides are super nice and try to make your tour a good experience.

Of course we plan a trip to Traverse City during a snow storm. The wind was awful and visibility was low. Jim our driver was remarkable. He did a great job keeping us safe and kept a positive attitude so we didn’t worry. He made sure everything was perfect for us. Helping us in and out of the bus, carrying our purchases and just being so pleasant. But the absolute best thing about Jim was at the end of the trip. My cousin and I didn’t have a brush for our car and we had about 6-8 inches of snow. So we asked if we could borrow it real quick to clean off our car for the am. He refused to let us and did it himself. It was so sweet of him. He really was the best!

Looking to have a bachelorette party July 12-14 in TC and was inquiring about prices for around 15-25 people and/or if you accommodate that amount of people. More than likely the pick up would be from a local Air bnb, would that be acceptable or would the group have to meet at a pre-approved location?

How many stops do you make in the 4 hrs and how much are the tastings

We made 4 stops in the 4 hours. It depends on the winery that you visit on the tour. The ones that we went to we had 3 free tastings (up to 5 tastings at each place) and one winery that was $1 a tasting.
What is all entailed in this 4 hour tour?

If you choose a private tour you can choose the wineries you go to or have the tour coordinator pick or both! We chose a couple and they picked a couple for us. If you do a join in tour you do not get to choose the wineries. The tasting fees that some wineries charge is not covered in the tour price. We had a GREAT time and HIGHLY recommend TCBW tours!

HI Gayle- Thank you for your inquiry. We do have availability on Wednesday 10.11.17. You can schedule your tour to start any time during the day for a Private tour. Most of our wineries will close at 5pm that day. Cost for 4 people would be $239.20 for 4 hours.. This is a 20% discount off our regular pricing of $299. You can add additional hours at $99 per hour. We usually get to one winery per hour but you can move at your own pace. We also have join in group tours at $49.50 per person for a 4 hour tour. 11-3pm- Leelanau Peninsula tour- visits 3 wineries and the Northern Latitudes Distillery. 1-5pm- Old Mission Wine tour- visits 4 wineries. 4-8pm- Wine and Beer combo- 2 wineries on Old Mission and 2 Microbreweries. We have about a dozen hotels on the Bay. THe closest one to Downtown is West Bay Beach Resort. Others on the East Bay as suggestions would be Sugar Beach , Grand Beach and Cherry Tree Inn and Suites. Where do you pick up and drop off? We're in elk Rapids.

We stayed at the Country Suites Inn and this is where they picked us up. The rest of the wine tour guests where picked up at their hotels, motels, and even a residential home.
As far as Elk Rapids, you will have to give the Wine tour company a call and ask them what their pick up policy is.
