Friendly, welcoming staff ! Had a girls trip to the area for wine, cider and other yummies. Thank you for the cherry cider tasting - it's delicious and crisp ! Not overly sweet or dry.

Stopped by for tasting last night on the patio. They were really busy so the wait was a bit, but no big deal. Great new tasting menus this time. We are members which lets us go free once a month, went with friends last nights. Great wines, friendly staff as always. Highly recommend.

We visited this place on a friday afternoon and it was not very crowded at all which was nice because they were practicing social distancing. There were 3 people in my party we each filled out are sample sheets and gave them to our waitress when she brought the trays of the flights to our table she didn't know which was which The wine that had been poured on some of the trays was actually stuff that other people had asked for it was a mess she had everything messed up and we couldn't Figure out what was what. I don't mean to be judgmental but to me the wine was just okay it was nothing special but The price to sample was very reasonable I enjoyed Sitting outside But I don't think that I would choose to go back

Had a few choices of pre-selected wine flights. Offered my kid sparkling juice. Same stuff you can get locally. Patio is dog friendly and has outdoor picnic tables.

Good place for a stop and wine tasting. The flights are pre-set but if they are not super busy they will mix them for you. I love that they have a cider flight. The best one is the cherry cider. There is some seating outside and good parking. They have a little gift shop area and some locally made food like pickles, sauces, and jams.

We stopped in to get a gift for some friends. The store was clean and had restrooms. The prices seemed fair. They also had some jams and other farm snacks.

Wine selection is great, but the older lady working there cares much more about getting off work than she ever will about helping customers. She attempted to book us... and yet rush us through a tasting when the business had less than 30 minutes prior to closing time??? When we told her no thanks, she then reminded us that "we only had about half an hour to make our wine selections?" We already knew what we were looking for to begin with. The St. Julian's location in Frankenmuth is where we usually shop. This location was nice and clean & all of the other employees were very friendly.
We are going to try and return this fall but....will seek out another employee if we need any assistance for sure. Wine is to be enjoyed slowly and casually. Shopping for it requires the same amount of patience as employees should know!

We were introduced to their wines at the Beer and Bacon Fest in Chicago, where I signed up to get the mailings. We drove from Illinois for a quick trip to St. Julian. They were having a "case" sale and wanted to check the place out. I am glad we did. Upon arrival, the place was pretty full. But we bellied up to the bar and was poured a taste. The lady pouring the samples was fabulous. Smiling, joyful and very helpful. We ended purchasing a case and joining their club and picking up some distilleries.

This location is really nice. They are super friendly and helpful and the wines are awesome. Every staff member we have had contact with has been great. I think they actually enjoy their jobs and it shows. Chris, Vince, and Desiree were especially helpful and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of wines with some hard ciders, non alcoholic fruit juices, and even vodka, rum, and a very good brandy so there is something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. It can get very busy on weekends (especially Saturdays) so if you visit then be ready for some crowds but they do a very good job of taking care of everyone.

No you dont. However, check the business hours for your date of arrival & get there AT LEAST an hour before closing time if you wish to participate in a tasting.
