My first visit with a Groupon was trashed out when I bought 2 friends with me to eat there and they were unexplainably closed. Place looked like a dump on the outside. Recently it has opened after ??remodeling??. I did get my money back from Groupon but from what I've been reading from other people and their experiences there's no way I'm trying it again. Too many other places to go to.

We went here with a Livingsocial voucher and we couldn't even use the full value (their prices are that good). We ordered this sampler platter and we almost died when it came out. It was $15.00 and it was HUGE! Fries were seasoned perfect, tons of cheese curds, onion rings and giant chicken wings. They didn't skimp on the sauces either. The waitress was super great, bathrooms were clean. I will be back...and often. I loved this place!!!!

I did not like the holes in the parking lot. Hamburgers are good, pizza is very good. Drinks are a good price. Bartenders seem to be more professional vs wait staff.

Thanks for great food! Great atmosphere! And GREAT service!
Found a Groupon for this place and went to check it out. I read all the reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor and knew they were pretty much all over the map. Yet, I found a few intriguing things on the menu, so decided it was worth a try.
Because the place is under new management, I asked our server when the management change took place, so I could “sort” through the reviews I had read and to make sense of them versus what we experienced.
First impression, the place is very clean, the décor spacious and fun, and we really enjoyed the Tiki decorations. Although the name and décor have no connection to the menu, it does make for a visually enjoyable atmosphere. All reviews I read that mentioned the place being dirty are all pre management change. This is clearly something the new management has remedied.
Very few of the reviews evaluate the food at Freddy’s and the majority of those that do, review it favorably. We had the Classic Italian Hoagie, and it was one the best hoagies I have ever had at a restaurant. Next time, I’ll ask for more lettuce, but it was delicious with high quality bread, meats and a great sauce. It came with their fresh cut fries which are A-#1. I would suggest a bit less salt, but they are the second best fresh cut fries I have ever had at a restaurant. (Hubby and I eat out nearly every night of the week, so we’ve had some experience.)
We also had the chili cheese dogs. I’ve been eating “coney’s” since I was a young child giving me approximately 50 years of experience, and I am going to rate these as my best and very most favorite ever, ever, ever. Again, high quality bun and hot dog, and the chili was perfect.
Prices are extremely reasonable. The coney’s were $7 and the hoagie $9. You can’t get a hamburger for under $10 these days, and the quality of these ingredients, not to mention the amount of labor in them, beat a burger hands down. And with 2 for 1 drinks….don’t bother with the Groupon, you can’t hardly spend enough to make it worthwhile.
And the service was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! I wish I had gotten her name, so I could give her kudos here. I just know she is a cute blonde with a very vibrant, personality and is very good at math ☺. (We needed that in helping to figure out how to determine how to use our Groupon.)
(Only one negative, because we really, really liked this place, might I gently suggest that managers should be dressed professionally, because when they aren’t, it kind of demeans the quality of your brand. And your brand is great.)
We will definitely be back. And while I wanted to try several other things on the menu, I’m very afraid we will end up having the same two things over and over because they were just so darn good.
Please go to Freddy’s and tell me about their pizza and dry rub wings. I really want to try them, but I just don’t think I ever will ☺.

This is a great place!!! Food is great, especially the hamburgers and pizzas!! Staff is very friendly and courteous and the prices are a steal, can't beat the food and drink prices!! The new management has really improved things and you can't beat the neighborhood feel and it's a place for all ages!!! I'm a big fan of the place and I encourage others to try it out!!! They've got bar bingo, meat raffles, poker, DJ's, Karoake, etc....They also have a nice patio area. Fantastic happy hour(s)!!! Music does get a little loud when DJ is playing, but otherwise, great experience.

I bought a Groupon randomly for this place. It's in a convenient location. The server was nice, but she was the only one tending the bar and restaurant so I hope there's more people during busier times. The food was decent. I think my chicken sandwich could've been better, but the fries are excellent. The chicken was really hard to cut through, and for it being chicken breast, I don't think that should've been the case. It didn't taste bad or anything, I just thought that was strange. Pizza there is ok. They do not serve deep dish pizza as the menu online says though. Also, the water tasted kind of funky. I think it was the ice. Overall, a decent experience. It probably wouldn't be top of my list to recommend or return to, but I'm sure this place has come a long ways after new management. This place has been there forever before it became what it is now.

Had never been, so we wanted to try it. Table was filthy and sticky! Music so loud we could not hear the bartender (the only server there) she was so busy updating the pull tab sign... she asked three times for our drink order then went to get a napkin to write it down on. (this was after at least ten minutes of waiting) she went to make our drinks..... Well first she cleaned up the bar, made two other drinks, tabbed someone out, chatted with someone else. We watched her..... No hurry to help us, almost upset we were there. The six of us took our business elsewhere..... No drinks... No food... No service. Will not be back. Oh, and the menu was rather expensive!
