Really bad customer service.
I had business at the gun counter, several times. I found the employees to be uninformed or evasive about certain issues. So either they didn't know or they've been told not to say, neither speaks well to the company.
Lost a customer permanently.

I am not sure why they even have an option to direct your call to the firearms department. The majority of the time the phone just rings and rings and no one picks it up. I have had calls go back to the main store operator as many as 6 times before giving up. Frustrating.

Placed an online order on 12/1 to ship to a store closest me. Eight days later the order status just shows "in process". Several attempts through Chat and Emails and all they say is that they are extremely busy from all of the orders they have received. They could not tell me any other information except one person did "think" that I might get the product I ordered and paid for by Christmas. Ridiculous!

Live visiting her with my little niece and nephew. They live the fudge and suckers available in the general store. Great service provided by outfitter Jan. Love the animal exhibits and fish aquarium. Gtreat place to spend a few hours with the kids!

Since Bass Pro acquired Cabelas back in 2017, they have added many new activities in the store. This weekend and up through Easter Sunday, they are offering free photos with the Easter bunny and can also purchase additonal packages for a moderate fee. They also had many table set up for kids to color and also a felt wreath project in one of their corporate conference rooms upstairs. We love to look at all the animals on display and the aquarium as well. All of the employees were very nice and friendly as the kids loved the Easter bunny. We also stopped in to the General Store upstairs for our free fudge samples which were awesome. Always a good place to bring families for a 1-2 hour visit, rain or shine!

Dette er en særdeles stor friluftsbutikk med et usedvanlig omfattende varesortiment! Her har de alt!...og mere til.
De selger også fødevarer samt at det er et greit spisested i lokalet. Jeg spiste buffaloburger. Burgeren var litt tørr IG kjedelig.

I love to bring my kids here. They really get into the outdoors, camping, etc. Watching the fish and looking at the animals there is fun too. Always a great time!

Dette hadde jeg som ett av målene mine på reisen til USA, og jeg ble ikke skuffet! Cabelas er et eldorado av jakt, fiske, friluftsliv, hytteinnredning, båter, ATV’er og andre kule varer.
Jeg gikk og koste meg i over tre timer og kom ut igjen meg langt mer enn jeg hadde tenkt meg.
Så tipset er - ha med godt med penger og kredittkort, for du finner alltid noe her uansett om du ikke trodde du trengte noe mere...

I stopped by to grab a pair of boots really quick. It ended up taking over two hours due to short staffing. All of the employees were really nice and helpful, there just weren’t nearly enough. Since we had been there forever, we decided to grab lunch. It took forever and the food was just gross. The cheese curds tasted like the oil needed to be changed last month and the salad was brown and slimy. Our kids enjoyed the aquarium and the animal displays, which was nice since we were in the store so long. We really appreciated the family restroom and the nursing room, although the bathrooms were out of toilet paper.
