There is cover inside the boat from the elements and so rain wouldn't spoil the dinner part of the Cruise. I think to make the best of the scenery and see any wildlife it is best on a day when it isn't raining.

it would definitely probably be nicer if it wasn't raining but they do have like an indoor dining room and stuff where you could get out of the rain.
