Seafood and Ham and Roast and Fried Chicken. Vegetables and salad choices. Very very good. This location is worth your time. It has a definiite upscale clientele on Sundays. We love this place. Desserts are the best in Jackson Metro. Maybe 12-15 different selections.

We love the Hilton. The personnel--every single person there--treat us like family and cater to our every need. Only recommendation is for more music--the band who played on Friday night was great and we'd love to see them every night while we are there.

This breakfast is far better than the Sunday brunch buffet at the airport Hilton in New Orleans. Everything was fresh, and delicious. There is an omelet/waffle station, and just about everything you can think of that you would want for breakfast. I always get excited when I see smoked salmon, capers, chopped egg and red onion. I can eat enough salmon to justify the 15.00 charge without effort. The grits were seasoned, so kudos for that. The bacon was perfect. It wasn't greasy, and clumped together like most buffets. The corned beef hash is homemade, but my favorites were the hash brown casserole, (better than my mom's, shhhh), and the egg beater casserole. I'm going back down in a few minutes to get the recipes, or to BEG for the recipes to those two dishes. I can't say enough about the service. The large, crowded room was served by only two women, who never missed a beat. My diet coke was refilled without my having to ask. Not only were they serving everyone, they were also burdened with the task of bringing out fresh food to the buffet. I hope they'll be able to keep those rockstars. There is a busser, who kept things moving as well. Everyone around me was commenting on the quality of the food and the service, and those comments continued all the way up the elevator. You've got a great thing going on, Hilton. I hope you won't change a thing.

If you want a good breakfast, go to the Hilton. The food is good and you can get a large variety of options. The waffles are excellent along with the quiche.

Visited Fitzgerald's around 10pm. Asked for Sazerac from the menu and was told they didn't have the items to make the drink, decided to order the Mojito instead, again told didn't have the ingredients. I then asked could they make any of the speciality drinks and was told no.
Was advised best to order wine. Then the staff seemed to know all the locals and service them constantly while ignoring me at the bar. The bartender was beside me and said do you want another drink and when i looked up and answered, realized I interrupted the person beside me and was completely still ignored by staff. I decided to stay at this hotel based on one of the executive management members I meet from Virginia last year who I gave a ride to and thought this was a good property. Front desk was great but bar is not Hilton standard.

This is the bar at the Hilton in Jackson. My husband and I were having a little weekend getaway. We decided to have dinner in the bar. Big mistake. The food was edible but that's about all it was. The prices were ridiculously high. $80.00 + for four beers, a chicken Cesar salad and some tiny little fish thing. Oh, and some calimari. We would have been better off going to the Wendy's across the street.

This was great addition to our stay at the Jackson Hilton while we were there for the Rhythm and Blues Festival. Fitzgerald's is must stop while staying at the hotel.
