Hi Ashley, Thank you for your review. I genuinely wish you would have reached out to me regarding this situation rather than creating more lies. I was contacted this past December by, I am assuming your father-in-law. I was told by Rich, your father-in-law, that he had forgotten about a GC he received and wanted to book his tour. I kindly let him know that all bookings had to be made on-line and he refused; he wanted me to do it. After some back and forth he admitted he did not know if it was even valid. Because I have a 2 year expiration date and guests MUST check a box verifying they are aware of the expiration BEFORE they purchase a gift certificate (it is also clear on my website AND the GC itself) I asked him what his GC showed as the expiration. Your father-in-law then told me there was not an expiration on his GC. I knew at that moment that the GC was not from me BECAUSE all of my Gift Certificates clearly show the expiration AND whoever the purchaser was would have to check a box acknowledging the expiration date. I asked Rich to text me an image of the GC and what I received was, unequivocally, NOT what you were sent through my company. You completely made up your own version of the GC and intentionally left off the details and legalities. You were screwing with my business and as a small business owner I have to have boundaries. Your father accused me of things that never happened and then later admitted he was wrong after I provided proof and documentation. I sent your father a copy of the actual GC AND email you received when you purchased the GC and I never heard back from him after that. I still have the image saved of the fake document you created as well as the actual one you were sent at 11:13am on December 9, 2019. There were zero threats on my end and you know this but what YOU did probably should have warranted a conversation with an attorney. Try to be a better person; not for only for yourself and the family you misled and the lies you are telling (most likely because you had to cover your tracks after your father learned what really happened) but for the "citizens of our city".
