Absolutely PERFECT....a great pace to kick back...enjoy the music. And take in some of the best coffee I have had. Customer service...makes you feel at home..there is no other place. I will go now...thanks for the great coffee

The coffee is truly awful. I've gone 3 times now and every time has been disappointing. I was gonna leave it alone and not post anything but I've recently discovered that the owner is incredibly disrespectful and heavily racist as well. Just a bad place to be

I really love this place! They roast their own, and the roast and blending meets even my high standards. The espresso maker is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before (see pics), and my latte was the best I’ve had in a long time.
The hours are very limited, however. This was the best I had in Springfield!

In town for work, I stopped in for a good cup of coffee and was not disappointed! Had a blend from Costa Rica. Was just me in there for a good 15 minutes and had some good conversation with the owner, just BSing about whatever. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in Springfield.

If you're a coffee snob, this is the place to go. Smooth, not overly sweet, perfection. They know their coffee. Using good quality ingredients and knowledgeable baristas.

OKAY. So i was visiting springfield & wanted to check out this new place I found on instagram. The hours are terrible, so that's a real bummer, BUT once I was able to make it in...here's how it went down: SO COOL inside. beautiful. visually appealing. natural light. all the things!
I ordered a cafe au lait (off the menu), but the barista apparently wasn't allowed to make it after i explained what it was. i've been told they're coffee purists, so they can be a bit pretentious. HOWEVER, she totally accommodated & gave me coffee (brazil blend is phenomenal) & steamed milk on the side. HOLY COW. This coffee is PHENOMENAL. Like top of the list.
Only downfall? Music was a bit loud, as I just wanted to read, but seriously. So so so good. If you can find a time to go when they're open, GET THERE NOW.

Not your typical coffee shop but so worth checking out if you are up for new experiences and a great cup of coffee served by friendly people who are passionate about their craft! Nestled inside a repurposed bike shop you can tour the roasting room and then cozy up to the tasting room bar for the barista' s latest creation or take it out back on the trendy patio. Fashioned after beer or wine tasting this is not the time for cream and sugar but if you have a little extra time and an open mind, you won't be disappointed.

The barista is a true coffee craftsman. 😆 had cold brew and Paradise Found. Extraordinary flavor and body. Stop by and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Craft coffee, best in Springfield. I have been to all of the notable coffee shops. This one by far had the best coffee. The environment is different from your typical coffee shop; and, of course, it is seemingly designed that way as they are a coffee "tasting" room. Nevertheless, you want the best coffee, go here.

I love the simple design of the building and the even simpler menu! I also love that they roast their own beans! We did not have to doctor or drinks with sugar at all! It was amazing; blows Starbucks out of the water!!
